“offline sync works without fail”
Pros
Having offline access has been the biggest advantage for our sales team while they are out on the road and it syncs everything once a connection is available. It also uses very little data when pulling in updates for new products. On top of that the support team is incredibly helpful and responsive which makes it simple to resolve anything I am not familiar with.
Cons
After using the product over time, I honestly have not come across any real downsides.

“Shows perform exceptionally well”
Pros
Using Onsight every day has been a really positive experience for our reps especially when it comes to usability, support, value for money and the amount of time it saves. Aside from the usual adjustment of moving over from our previous system, there really have not been any complaints. We've just wrapped up our first trade show with it and honestly we came away extremely impressed. It was easy to use and quick to handle, even in a busy trade show setting with a catalogue of more than 1,000 products. The system ran reliably the whole time and our reps on the stand dealt with fewer issues and errors than with any other system we've used before. We also connected our iPads to Bluetooth barcode scanners which was simple to set up and the integration with Xero has made inventory tracking and invoicing a hassle free task as well.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how the system shows sold out or negative inventory during a scan-add, scan-add workflow. That information is there if you open up the individual item but doing that takes extra time which isn't ideal in the middle of a trade show.
