Running abandoned cart campaigns has been really useful especially for popups and the AI generated content and images I use in product descriptions. I am able to build popups for collecting emails and phone numbers without touching any code which makes the whole process really convenient. The standout feature for me is the gamified popup option since it gets more customers to share their email addresses and phone numbers, helps lift sales and grows my contact list for future marketing campaigns. On top of that the AI-written content and generated images for product descriptions have been excellent. Getting started with it was also very simple.

I must say their team was patient, convenient to talk with, polite and very quick to respond. The initial setup was the toughest part for us mainly because of our very high traffic levels which would normally consume 50K+ pageviews per day on just one store. But once everything is set up properly on the website, launching campaigns becomes very easy, I mean honestly easier than ever. The builder is also top notch and the gamification options are a nice bonus.

The Emarsys integration delivers less than we expected. Setup was also challenging in our case because we only target specific pages in order to preserve pageviews otherwise, our limit would be used up within a day or two, even for a single store.
