Overvue Features
AI-Powered Roleplays
Overvue AI-powered roleplays allow candidates and sales reps to engage with virtual buyers modeled after real prospects. These roleplays provide unscripted, natural conversations that reveal true selling ability, helping teams evaluate objection handling, call control, and effectiveness before hiring or onboarding.
Custom Scenario Builder
Overvue custom scenario builder enables users to create unlimited buyer personas, objections, and deal stages. By simulating real-world sales situations, teams can train reps to anticipate challenges, practice responses repeatedly, and accelerate ramp time without impacting live pipeline or wasting manager hours.
Automated Scoring And Feedback
Overvue features automated scoring & feedback that evaluates each conversation against defined sales criteria. Reps receive instant insights on performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, allowing managers to make data-driven hiring decisions and provide targeted coaching efficiently across teams.
Standardized Assessments
The standardized assessments let organizations model AI buyers in under three minutes and deliver consistent evaluations to all candidates. This ensures fairness, scalability, and objective comparison between prospects while reducing reliance on subjective interviews or inconsistent human roleplays.
Training Simulator
The software offers a training simulator that allows new hires to practice realistic calls repeatedly in a risk-free environment. By reinforcing objection handling and conversational techniques, reps gain confidence and build mental muscle memory, shortening onboarding and reducing the chance of early sales mistakes.

“fast and easy with no setup”
Pros
It is very fast and really easy to use with no difficult setup required at all. It works perfectly for warming up before cold calling if you use it for about fifteen to twenty minutes right before your session. Also the way the personas are created is really thoughtful. There were a few objections it came up with that I had not even thought about and I was able to practice handling them. I actually ran into those same objections later on during live calling which turned out to be incredibly useful.
Cons
There were a few small bugs where calls would disconnect randomly which made me think I had messed up the call when I actually had not. It was a little bit confusing when that happened. But at the end of the day it was not a massive issue when it came to using the software. The Overvue team analyzed the issues very quickly and after that nothing else happened that I ran into.
