Perfect for business use

Pros

This simplifies document creation. Sales reps can quickly build pricing tables, create business cases, add testimonials and include signature blocks. The approval process is also streamlined, ensuring manager approval before quotes are sent out.

Cons

We no longer use the templates and instead customize each contract directly in Google Docs. As a result, the template feature is no longer useful for us. Once a document is in PandaDoc, it can't be edited so if we spot errors like incorrect dates or names, we have to delete the document and start over.

Such an easy to use software

Pros

I love how easy it is to open a document and sign it electronically. I've never had issues signing or receiving it on my mobile device.

Cons

The only issue was with the print/formatting of the document I opened, as there was no way to increase the font size.

Pros

It's really simple to use without any need for training and the free version is good.

Cons

I'm not sure how to embed PandaDoc into other software for document signing.

An easier way to create and manage documents

Pros

It's clean interface makes it easy to create and edit any document. It offers premium features like e-signature and document tracking, ensuring that all documents are used correctly and securely. Its file-sharing tool is fast and secure.

Cons

PandaDoc couldn't have been any better. There's nothing I dislike about it.

Far superior to the big competitors you'd expect!

Pros

It's a powerful, well-thought-out product that truly understands the needs of companies and is well equipped to delight customers.

Cons

The reporting feature needs improvement. There's a lot of missing data in the reports and it's hard to distinguish between documents created in our production environment and those in our sandbox account. They all show up together.
