“Versatile signing tool
Pros
The product is very flexible and easy to adjust, much like Word. You can add people for signatures, and it is quite easy to learn as well.
Cons
Legal documents with various clauses and punctuation are tricky to import into it, as the formatting often gets lost when converting Word docs. I had to convert them to PDFs to preserve the punctuation.

“A Really good CRM software
Pros
It was cutting-edge software at the time, but CRMs have now made it largely obsolete.
Cons
Loved it!!! However with most CRMs now offering similar quoting features built in, it has become somewhat outdated. Fewer subscriptions and platforms to use is always better.

Pros
Setting up document templates and bulk sending them for signatures is incredibly easy. It has been reliable even with large volumes of documents.
Cons

The customer service isn't great, as most representatives are overseas and I had to insist on a call to help me figure out some of the more technical features.

After using Adobe Sign and DocuSign, I find it superior. The analytics, real-time feedback and templates are fantastic and the user interface is enjoyable to use.
Cons
It is quite expensive, but it's worth the cost if you need to send a large number of contracts.

Cons

There are multiple plan options, and discounts may apply when billed annually. It integrates with a variety of services and is compatible with most devices. It notifies you when clients have viewed or signed documents and you can even track how long they viewed each page. It's perfect for quick, efficient processing with reminders and team collaboration. The service is secure, legally binding, and stores signed contracts automatically.
Cons
I can only contact customer service if I have a subscription to premium support. If this led to lower prices, I would consider it a pro, but PandaDoc is priced similarly or higher.
