I would love for Paperflite to include a built in survey creation tool. This feature would allow users to gather direct feedback from their audience and use the data to enhance their marketing strategies, adding valuable insights and analytics.

Lightweight, simple UX/UI, excellent collaboration, great value for money and real time analytics.

There are limited integrations and features and some of the functionalities may require a bit of technical knowledge to use effectively.

Content is central to our daily work and it organizes it beautifully with hierarchical folders. All content is stored in one place and the data is always updated, eliminating concerns about duplicates or outdated materials.

Cons

Data source integration is generally good but the sources tend to be a bit slow at times. However, Paperflite performs excellently overall and we are fully transitioning to using it as our primary content hub.

Pros

In addition to tracking if prospects open and engage with your content, you can also see when clients interact with videos, PPTs and other documents. This provides valuable insights to help us connect with distributors and clients in a timely manner.

Cons

We travel frequently for work, visiting various merchants, distributors and hotels so we're looking forward to more capabilities on the iPad for on-the-go access.

Pros

Its rapid send email tool makes sharing material incredibly simple. I can view content without switching tabs and the email plug in makes finding and sharing materials even easier.

Cons

There's nothing particularly unappealing about the platform.

I've used Paperflite for internal content sharing with private collections. The structure allows me to keep my content private while having a central library that's accessible to all.

Cons

I occasionally miss notifications and I'd appreciate more push notifications to stay updated. That would enhance my experience.

We share a lot of content with multiple users in the Academy, from training materials for parents to certification reading materials for coaches and staff. Playbooks are shared securely with password protected links and expiration dates to ensure maximum data security.

Cons

Video editing is currently not possible but this isn't a dealbreaker for me.

This lets me create immersive microsites for my partners. The level of personalization on each microsite is fantastic and its amazing that I can create and send as much content as I want, with no limits. The tracking feature is crucial as it gives me insights into what my clients are interested in through notifications.

Cons

I'd like to see more video banners and high-quality image banners available for the collections.

Paperflite offers the best content hub I've encountered. The folder structure is flawless and it allows me to create smaller subfolders with no limit on the number of folders, making it easy to organize content.

Cons

The new features can feel a bit overwhelming at first but the support articles help a lot in navigating them.

Some niche integrations are still unavailable but this isn't a significant issue for me.

I have no issues with the platform. Once you get used to it, everything becomes quite simple to use.

Right now Zoom is the only tool used for meetings. It would be nice to have Teams as an additional option, but that's the only thing I can think of.

I really haven't encountered any issues with the platform. Paperflite is heading in the right direction and the support team has been very responsive to resolve any issues or questions.
