“Digital marketing backbone runs strong”
Pros
It is very user friendly and it covers a wide range of features that support every stage of media strategy, planning, buying and execution. The visualizations are especially helpful because they can be dropped straight into decks and save a lot of time. It gives a clear view of the competitive landscape, where we stand, how we compare and where we need to go. I can also quickly evaluate creative on a potential publisher, pull competitor creative and review spend data. Overall it serves as a core tool for anyone working in digital marketing.
Cons
The tool keeps adding new functionality which is encouraging but there is still more to be done before it can fully operate as a true global partner. That said it does cover most of the key geographies. One common concern is around spend analysis since the numbers need to be viewed directionally and taken with some caution. The data is not 100% accurate although that is understandable with this type of platform. Even so I do trust their methodology, while recognizing that there are still blind spots sometimes fairly significant ones.

“Visibility across networks adds value”
Pros
One thing that's especially valuable is the methodology since it lets us analyze social networks alongside traditional display. That broader view makes the platform much more useful.
Cons
I really have two sticking points which are that there's no search data and the product detail is fairly limited. I can drill down to the individual creative executions but I don't want to review each one manually just to figure out which specific product is being promoted.

“creative placements finally clearly visible”
Pros
Being able to see all the creative assets and exactly where they're being placed is really valuable.
Cons
There's a lot to navigate so it's pretty easy to get sidetracked.

“Platform works amazingly”
Pros
Compared with other platforms I have used, it is the most user friendly by far and I didn't need any training to get started. Pulling up creatives is really easy and having direct links to YouTube makes quick referencing much faster. It's also very convenient to break down each advertiser by brand.
Cons
I noticed there are still some noticeable data gaps especially around digital audio, paid search and of course offline media. It would also be useful to have more details on each advertiser so the platform provides a more complete, holistic view.

“pretty reliable!”
Pros
Day to day I find it really useful because it gives us more realistic information on all the advertisers we need to track, along with real time figures and even hourly reporting.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about and I think most people will end up appreciating the product once they start using it regularly.

It gives a clear picture of what clients are spending across digital and social channels.
Cons
One frustration is that I still cannot find certain clients even though I know they're actively spending.

“Good for our team”
Pros
Using this platform has really simplified the way I put together client pitches. Being able to view all the ads currently running across different platforms gives our team a good reference point, whether we want to model ideas or build like-for-like campaign recommendations. Also I really value the mix of video and static creatives along with the performance data.
Cons
At this point the only thing I'd change is something pretty minor and honestly more of a personal preference so I wish the images were available without the Ad buttons. It's such a small issue that it barely matters.

“best among the rest”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to see how much an advertiser is spending and where those dollars are going. That kind of visibility is really useful.
Cons
The newer OTT feature is a nice addition and I am glad it's there but for some advertisers it shows $0 even when I have personally seen an OTT commercial from them.

“Media spend insights drive real value”
Pros
One of the most useful parts of this program is the visibility it gives into current, relevant media spending across social, desktop and video channels. It helps us build good business cases for why companies should work with us and shows us how we can strengthen and expand what they're already doing.
Cons
I'd love to see it made available to digital advertisers with budgets under $50k.
