This tool helps us with monitoring what's happening in Salesforce in a very simple manner.
Cons
I'm still figuring out how to apply it to my specific position. I haven't yet understood how to use the insights for my day-to-day work.

“Best for tracking team output
Pros
It's the best tool I've discovered for tracking sales team output, important metrics and goals. The layout is clear and easy to grasp. You can dig into the deals each person is handling and the relationships they're building. It provides suggestions on next steps and is one of our most valuable resources for hitting our targets. We can tell if we need to make more calls in a day or if we're skipping certain appointments. It also gives our team personal feedback on what's effective and what isn't.
Cons
Call information can take 24-48 hours to show the accurate number of calls so it would be better if the report were live. Overall I think the platform is almost perfect especially with most of our company now working remotely.

“top-notch salesforce app
Pros
Its a top-notch Salesforce application. Installation is quick and simple. It's also very easy to use with minimal instruction. Extremely useful for complex sales cycles. The organization chart creator and the deal rating feature are fantastic. I'd suggest it.
Cons
Not much to criticize. The application is reliable and delivers on its promises.

“Excellent for relationship maps
Pros
Excellent tool & simple to use! Makes building relationship maps in Salesforce super easy. Also the tool is great for understanding customer structure. If you're working for a big software corporation this tool is essential. I would certainly recommend it.
Cons
Not much to add here. Really nothing. Very helpful. I like the relationship map feature the most.

Pros
The software makes it simple to see where I'm dedicating most of my hours which is helpful since I can lose track of time.
Cons
My team doesn't use it as much as they could. I'm not certain why but I'd like to see it become a regular part of our routine.
