Right from the start the support team and staff were outstanding. The check-in and registration process worked really well and printing name tags was quick and hassle-free.

Cons

Nothing negative to mention here. The system performed as expected, the support team did a good job training users and everything moved along smoothly throughout the show.

Pros

Working with its customer service has been a really positive experience. They're quick to respond whenever something comes up and they've kept evolving the platform to match our expanding event management needs. It's clear they care about making sure users across every platform are happy and the product itself is very user friendly.

Cons

It has progressed a lot since it was first launched. There are still a few additions I'd love to see introduced over the next few years such as a more vendor-friendly app interface, a chat feature between sales reps and customers and an interactive floor map. I am excited to see how our partnership with Perenso continues to develop in the future.

The Perenso Trade Shows team has been one of the best parts of using it. They're very approachable, simple to coordinate with and they consistently go the extra mile to make sure our trade show runs successfully.

Cons

The only downside for me has been the speed of the iPads. At times they can feel slow although I am not completely sure whether that comes from the venue's WiFi bandwidth or the devices themselves.

It has been a really fast and convenient system to use and the support team has been just as impressive with how quickly they respond whenever something comes up.

At this point I honestly don't have any complaints about this system.

“Trade show ordering simplified perfectly”

Pros

Working a hardware show with Perenso Trade Show was a really positive experience. For an agency like ours it makes the ordering process much more efficient by letting us place orders from multiple factories for one dealer without having to collect separate paper sheets from different booths around the show floor. It also speeds things up when it comes to totaling show numbers since recaps are available right away. On top of that having everything entered electronically helps prevent orders from being misplaced or never turned in.

I didn't run into any problems with it while I was using it.

The only downside is having to share the iPad with other associates. I really wish there were enough devices for everyone working the booth to have one of their own.

I do like it but there are times when it takes a bit longer than expected to load.

The training covered everything we needed and was really helpful. Our sales team along with the manufacturers, was able to pick up the system quickly and start using it without much trouble.

Cons

We didn't end up importing all of our SKUs which caused some limitations. Because of that a few manufacturers weren't able to add special orders during the show.

Compared with our previous provider order entry is far more user friendly and much better to work with. The system has been very reliable and we have not run into any major issues that disrupt work. Training and customer support have also been outstanding.

Cons

A few of the on screen reports can appear too small to be practical unless they're downloaded or you spend too much time zooming in and out. The reporting search functionality in the platform could also use some improvement.

Being able to download orders was really useful and the report programming was excellent.

Cons

The order entry side didn't support mass uploads by UPC so my sales rep ended up handling that upload for me.

The company was excellent to work with and the show turned out amazing thanks to how user friendly everything was and the level of service they provided.

Cons

I don't have any negatives to mention. Everything went fantastically.
