Pros

The trial period was pretty fun and connecting it with SFDC took very little effort. The application itself is simple to use and I really appreciate the visual layout of my company's sales funnel. Also it takes less time to enter data here than it does in SFDC which has been a big plus. On top of that the online support team responds quickly whenever I need help.

Cons

One area that could be better is the amount of training material currently available. The built-in help is useful, the feedback button is responsive and the training sessions were enough to get me up and running but adding some video-based training would make the learning experience even better.
