“Loving the popup design

Pros

Well-built pop-ups with a smooth workflow were what stood out most. I really like the overall design and the workflow felt very smooth while I was using it. Even if someone is completely new to the platform, I think they can pick it up quickly without much confusion. From my experience it feels very user-friendly and approachable.

Cons

More pop-up templates and design options for free users would still be nice to see. Right now, only a limited number of pop-ups appear to be available so the free plan can feel a bit restricted. I'd personally appreciate having a few more designs and pop-up variations included.

The simplicity from the start was remarkable and whenever something felt a bit too complicated, the customer support team was incredibly helpful. I had a fantastic experience with the assistance I received and they really went above and beyond to help me out. I'm genuinely very happy with how everything turned out.

Honestly no real downsides come to mind. The entire experience felt very simple to me and everything worked so well that I really have nothing to complain about overall.

The gamification element is a favorite feature. I can already see several different ways we can use it in our business and it gives me a lot of creative possibilities for engaging people.

The design setup has been the frustrating part. Customization options are harder to use than expected and the close button does not stay where I place it.
