Pros

simple usability and a responsive support team define my experience with this tool. The support team has also been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I run into an issue so I'm usually able to get a fix without much hassle.

Sometimes this software feels a bit basic for current needs and some of the features don't really apply to my platform right now. That said I can see that changing later depending on how the product evolves.

The deciding factor for choosing this software was its ability to let us set up a pop-up that fully complies with German regulations. Being able to make that work on our Strato/ePages webshop was ultimately what made the difference for us.

No major complaints. My experience with it has been very positive overall. If the least favorable part had to be mentioned, it would only be that a bit of time was needed to go through and understand all the features and possibilities available.

I'm able to build popups that actually match my brand instead of settling for something generic and I can fine-tune exactly when, where and how they show up. On top of that, I've found the built-in analytics very useful for tracking performance and understanding what's working.

A definite learning curve exists when building something fully custom. Even after using Poptin for a few years, a few design-related frustrations still pop up now and then especially with things like resizing buttons which can be a little tricky.
