“Can't say much
Pros
I don't have enough details to pick the best features of this tool, which makes it hard to use it properly.
Cons
I don't have enough information to pick out the bad or unhelpful features as well.

“Previously used for a broader range, now focused on a specific task, but it does that effectively
Pros
Super easy to organize documents with Postwire and send them as a link to clients. I also like that I get an email when the client opens the files. This makes it easier to follow up with my prospects.
Cons
A little difficult for sharing many files with our team so we've started using a different tool for most file sharing. I still use it but only for one specific purpose.

“A highly refined solution
Pros
Love how Postwire helps me quickly and easily share media coverage we've gotten for clients with their investors and stakeholders. Our clients enjoy it, and it's much better than just sending a list of links. We also use it to share important online research with clients. I really like it.
Cons
It has improved over time, but it's still a bit clunky when moving items around. Trying to group things together can be difficult when you just want to move one thing from one spot to another.

“A fantastic way to engage with prospects
Pros
It's one place to control all your interactions with prospects. It's a great way to share PDFs, videos, proposals, case studies and everything else you need to send to a prospect. It's way better than using email attachments. This is especially helpful when there are multiple decision-makers involved. Sending things by email can make information get lost. It's perfect if you're selling software or dealing with a complicated buying process.
Cons
Having to upload documents instead of just typing text into the fields is not very easy. I'd rather not only enter text in the comments section. The cost feels a bit high for what it offers, but maybe more features could make it worth the price.

“good platform for lead nurturing
Pros
It's a great, non-intrusive way to update prospects on new developments. The analytics also show which resources they're looking at.
Cons
It's not widely known yet, but that should change over time. I've already noticed some big companies starting to use it.
