Pros

Proposify is a very easy platform with support agents available to assist whenever issues arise. The tech support team is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond.

Cons

Client profiles are limited especially for planners. I would prefer if planners had a separate client profile that allowed me to add multiple clients under them.

Pros

It has been a huge asset for our sales team, helping them streamline the process of creating and tracking proposals. The Salesforce integration means updates are made in just one place and with the help of our Awesome Admin, they can easily track proposal progress within Salesforce. Marketing also loves it as they can maintain consistent branding in the templates and boilerplates.

Cons

It would be helpful if it offered custom notifications or alerts such as when it's been a set number of days since the proposal was last viewed. This would help our team follow up more efficiently on outstanding proposals.

Sending proposals is quick and simple and the setup process is extremely simple.

Cons

Some features are slow, and the platform can be a bit clunky when updating data.

I'm impressed by how professional Proposify looks. Many of my clients appreciate the level of detail, as well as the inclusion of images and videos.

Cons

A common piece of negative feedback I receive from clients is that there are too many pages. While I know that's more about our company than the software itself, I also dislike that some information doesn't transfer over automatically, requiring us to re-enter data multiple times. Uploading pictures can also be a time consuming process.

After going through the prospecting and discovery stages, I can't afford to use a subpar app at the proposal level. That's why I rely on it.

I like everything about it. Last year, I closed 20 deals using it.

Improving the editor would be great, as it can be a bit frustrating at times. Everything else seems perfect.

It can sometimes be difficult to adjust the font size and line heights exactly how I want them.

Not much comes to mind, except the price but that's just because I'm a bit cheap!
