“Proposal workflow was very flexible”
Pros
Their end to end proposal management setup gives us a lot of flexibility. It's quick to search and locate relevant content from different sources, pull it straight into a draft MSO document and work on it with the team, all while fitting in with and supporting our own unique workflow.
Cons
The guest user experience has gotten better based on the feedback from our organization but it could still do more for our large guest user base especially when it comes to features like finding and navigating to pursuits.

“Best proposal platform available”
Pros
After comparing a dozen vendors and seriously testing several of them, it came out on top by a wide margin. We had moved over from another well known platform so we had a good point of comparison and it clearly won for functionality, support and product roadmap. We sent out an RFP, got responses from eight companies, narrowed it down to five, then tested three sandbox environments and it was the clear winner in the end. One thing that really impressed us during evaluation was seeing that it actually used its own platform to respond to our Excel-based RFP which is no small feat. QPilot, their AI assistant, is another standout feature. It's intelligent, secure, permission based and grounded which makes it genuinely useful in a business setting. On top of that we can save trusted, proven prompts so users can simply click and use them. There's a lot more I could say but honestly I'd absolutely recommend trying it. We definitely wish we had made the switch earlier.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. On the rare occasion an issue comes up, it's acknowledged right away and then either fixed quickly or escalated incredibly fast.

“All sales content in one place”
Pros
Having all our sales material in one place has been really helpful and being able to access it directly from Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook makes it even more convenient.
Cons
One ongoing challenge has been keeping content current. There were also times when pushing content through for approval didn't work and I wasn't always aware when something failed to publish. Since moving to the newer version with Teams integration though that process has improved a lot. It's now much simpler for my SMEs to review content and for me to approve it and the Teams notifications let me know immediately that the workflow is running properly.

“boosted productivity significantly”
Pros
After our team went through the proper training at Qorus University, it started to look simple and fairly user friendly. The smart fields were especially valuable and once we got the hang of using smart rules correctly, our efficiency and productivity picked up noticeably.
Cons
The onboarding process took quite a while on our side. At the beginning we really needed more hands-on support and it became clear that we also needed extra help from it plus an internal team member dedicated to training, database setup and cleanup and template creation. Once we finally set aside time for the self-guided training, it turned out to be less complicated than we had originally assumed. We simply had to commit the time to it and it did provide the extra support we needed.

“Search feature always delivered results”
Pros
It keeps our information well organized and makes it simple to search through what we need. The interface is very user friendly too so people across our team can use it comfortably regardless of their skill level.
Cons
We have not really made use of many of the additional features but it's still nice knowing those extra options are there if we ever want to dig deeper into it.

“Powerful features for complex requirements”
Pros
The tool handles a wide range of complex requirements really well and the feature set is powerful enough to cover everything we need.
Cons
The hub still has room for improvement on the usability side especially with things like drag and drop, better options for opening documents, SharePoint links and pursuit views.

“UI is great”
Pros
From the user interface to the admin side customization, I must say it is very easy to work with. The administrative tools are also easy to use which makes adjusting things on the back end painless. And on the rare occasion something goes off track, their tech and product support is incredibly responsive and helpful, I mean better than any other product support I have dealt with.
Cons
Every now and then it has trouble handling special characters in naming conventions but in the bigger picture, it's a very minor issue.

“A practical tool”
Pros
Our CSM has been extremely responsive and very involved in helping us especially when it comes to showing us the best ways to make the most of our content management.
Cons
The thing I'd love to see is the ability to rearrange Campaign Tiles with drag and drop whenever a new tile gets added.

“Knowledge library is vast”
Pros
For me the best parts of it is the knowledge library and how it lets us organize, manage and quickly pull content for more efficient proposal generation. The integration with the Microsoft Office suite is also a big advantage and makes the whole process even more convenient.
Cons
Getting started was a bit challenging and confusing at first although the experience improved a lot once our Customer Success Manager stepped in to help.

“way too easy to implement”
Pros
Since our organization already works with SharePoint Online, the content library and SPO integration in it have been a real advantage and made the rollout very hassle free. Plus it was easy to implement and use and it has helped create better efficiency across our organization. The content library also helped our department keep messaging consistent and uniform across all three regions.
Cons
One thing we'd still like to see is the option to customize the RFx screen within the application.

“Easy to use, widely adopted”
Pros
Getting subject matter experts on board has been much easier because the platform is easy to use and that has also helped us roll it out to other teams across the business.
Cons
The reporting capabilities are fairly limited so we still end up relying on manual processes for part of the work.

“packed with useful features”
Pros
Putting together a tailored presentation is quick with the cart and the smart tag find and replace for custom fields is a really useful feature that can speed up development for users who know how to work with it.
Cons
On our side the platform runs very slowly. Previewing files, opening the cart and using the features can take a long time and the add-on is often slow to load as well. Another limitation is that anyone in the organization without a license cannot retrieve presentation slides unless a licensed user helps them.
