“Quick quotes that look very well”

Pros

The tool works really fast and it makes it simple to put together quotes quickly. The quotes also look good and professional when they go out to customers.

Cons

One thing I'd still like is the ability to see margins on a revised quote though it sounds like the team is already working on that.

Pros

Right from the start Quoter has felt simple and easy to use. More than once we've gone looking for features that we thought would make the platform better, only to realize they were already built in. I also can't say enough about support team. Every question our team has brought to her during an appointment has been answered right away and she's always taken it a step further by helping us better understand the platform within minutes. To me, a product is only as strong as the support behind it and it really delivers on both.

Cons

At this point we haven't found anything that isn't an upgrade from the software we were using before.
