“A fantastic piece of software
Pros
It is a key tool in my business's tech stack for managing jobs. It integrates flawlessly with Xero, syncing everything from quote numbers to invoices, making client management a breeze. It's been one of the best investments for my business.
Cons
There aren't too many downsides. The team is very responsive to issues and feedback. More integrations could be useful but I honestly prefer having specialized software for specific tasks rather than one app doing everything poorly. Quotient excels in its area.

We've been using this software for legal service quotes for a month now and it's been fantastic. It is so easy to set up and customize quotes and while it's a bit pricier than some other options, So well worth it.
Cons
We had some trouble getting notifications about messages from potential clients. It's not always clear who on the team should be receiving these alerts or that there are pending messages.

Price quotes can feel like a necessary evil in the web and branding design world. But with Quotient, I spend way less time on them and the quotes are so much more professional. They're also way more likely to lead to a sale.
Cons
Yes, the price is higher than using something like Google Docs or free alternatives, but honestly you get what you pay for. The quality of this app is well worth the cost.

There are tons of features, and the modular setup makes it super flexible. You can create reusable pieces for proposals and contracts, which cuts down on repetitive work and keeps everything streamlined.
Cons
The modular setup has a steep learning curve and it's not always easy. While the software becomes really effective once you put in the time, it does require patience and effort to get it working just right.
