Pros
We're really loving Quotient! It's so easy to set up and the best part is keeping all communication with customers attached to their job. It's been a game changer.
Cons
When someone else sends the quote and it's accepted, only the sender receives the email. It would be super helpful if we could add multiple email addresses for responses especially for office staff to set up jobs.

“Makes creating presentations easy
Pros
The simplicity and ease of use make it perfect. It's not too complicated and it lets you build out quotes easily, no matter how detailed.
Cons
One downside is that Quotient doesn't handle quote-to-invoice conversion or payment collection directly. While you can integrate with Quickbooks, it would be more efficient for us if Quotient could manage estimates, invoices and payments within the platform. Also, more advanced "either/or" scenarios for product options would be great for handling additional services.

Cons
A better reporting system for comparing sales and tracking changes would be beneficial. The cost might also be a concern for new companies going through a transition, as they might question the value of incorporating it into their operations.

Pros
We really love how easy it is. Using Quotient for estimates makes us stand out from other contractors, and clients always compliment us on how professional and easy to read our estimates are. Also they love the �optional� feature!
Cons
I wish there was a way to delete quotes and for Quotient to integrate with Wave for invoice processing. An all in one solution for invoices and payments would be amazing.

“Perfect software for us
Pros
At the end of the day, the last thing I want is to deal with complicated programs that keep trying to upsell you or remove important features unless you fork out more money. With Quotient, I get a simple, easy-to-use tool from start to finish, and it comes at a reasonable price. What's even better is the satisfaction of delivering a polished final presentation that I can genuinely be proud of. Whenever I ran into questions that I couldn't figure out myself, the response I got via email was always quick, relevant, and helpful. And speaking of communication, Quotient nails it. They don't bombard me with pointless daily emails or irrelevant offers, unlike so many other companies. The emails I do receive are exactly what I need, saving me time, effort, and, ultimately, money.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any cons when it comes to Quotient.

“I absolutely love Quotient software!
Pros
I absolutely love the user-friendly interface and the ability to customize line items. Everything's online, and clients can easily accept contracts and ask questions right on the platform. The Q&A feature for multiple CCs is so convenient, and the annual pricing updates are really smooth.
Cons
I hope to see collapsible line items in the future. My proposals are detailed but when adding multiple options for services, it can become overwhelming. If the line items could collapse, it would make it easier for clients to navigate without feeling bombarded with too much information.

The only wish I have is I should had this tool years ago. The time it used to take to generate quotes before we found Quotient still haunts me. While there are some custom features we'd love to see, the platform grows gradually to maintain simplicity.

Pros
Getting set up was really easy. And when we send out interactive quotes, we know exactly when clients check them out and how many times. Plus the follow-up reminders are a great touch to keep things moving until the sale is closed.
Cons
I really wish I had started using this sooner! I would love to be able to change fonts and highlight text for more emphasis.

Our clients are consistently impressed by the beautiful format of the quotes they receive, and it really sets us apart from competitors who are still relying on email, Excel, or other outdated methods to present the same proposals.
Cons
Pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses. If individual items have different GST rates, the summary should mention the rate for each line item; otherwise, the PDF format is not ideal for tax rates that differ between items.

Super easy to use, and you can customize everything. It's been incredibly useful for our business.
Cons
A major issue is when you want to transition to another app, you risk losing all your data unless you continue paying the subscription. There's no bulk export function. And if you change your business name, historical quotes get updated with the new name, even accepted ones, which has caused some serious legal issues for us.
