Pros

The interface looks modern, the user experience is very well done and the scaling works properly when sending bulk emails.

Cons

The pricing could be a little lower but other than that I haven't run into any issues.

Pros

Running cold email campaigns has become a lot more manageable with ReachInbox. The interface is simple, setting up campaigns doesn't take much time and the inbox warm-up feature has been especially useful. Overall it's been a dependable platform for outbound email and the support team has always replied quickly whenever we needed help.

Cons

I'd still like to see more detailed reporting especially when it comes to campaign-level insights. Aside from that the platform handles day to day outreach well.
