“Clean UI scales up well”
Pros
The interface looks modern, the user experience is very well done and the scaling works properly when sending bulk emails.
Cons

Overall it's been a dependable platform for outbound email and the support team has always replied quickly whenever we needed help.
Cons
I'd still like to see more detailed reporting especially when it comes to campaign-level insights. Aside from that the platform handles day to day outreach well.
