“Broken promises and wasted money spent”

Their YouTube videos are good enough to sell the story well as they make everything look convincing almost like a perfect lie.

Cons

It was a huge disappointment. I paid for the highest-tier package expecting a one on one guidance session but that meeting never took place. Even making a basic video was painfully slow, with a short script taking more than ten minutes and I still wasn't able to create a single usable video. The promised Zapier integration wasn't there and the platform's internal setup was confusing to work through. Trying to book an expert appointment sent me to Etsy instead of a real scheduling system, which honestly felt scammy. On top of that it didn't help my workflow at all as the platform wouldn't properly create videos, didn't allow voice input and couldn't generate the avatars it advertised. In the end, I spent a lot of money on features that simply didn't work the way they were supposed to.

From the first time I used it, it was clear this product was carefully designed. You can immediately tell the developer has real experience in cold email marketing and that shows throughout the whole product.

Cons

I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

Pros

Curiosity is what got me to try ReachOut.AI and it quickly turned me into a believer. I had no prior connection to the company or anyone on their team but I'm always interested in testing newer technology that can create better results for my businesses. After giving it a shot it honestly felt like a real game-changer especially if improving conversion rates or boosting the bottom line is the goal.

Cons

At this point I can't point to any major downside especially when compared with other options in the market. It's still a newer technology but it seems to be improving day by day.
