“Coaching and call notes help”
Pros
Recording both scheduled appointments and walk-ins has made a big difference because it lets me stay focused on the customer instead of worrying about taking notes in the moment and then I can quickly upload everything into the CRM afterward. It's also been really valuable for coaching since my sales manager listens to 2-3 of my appointments each week and leaves feedback on what I'm doing well and where I can improve. As someone who's still fairly new to sales, that kind of guidance has been incredibly useful. On top of that the support team has always been quick to respond whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
After using it for the past two months, I really don't have any major complaints because it's been helpful overall. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say the transcription could be more accurate. Sometimes it misses certain parts of my conversations with clients which can end up lowering my score and every now and then it also throws random swear words into the transcript.

“Sales conversations feel much better”
Pros
It has helped me sharpen my sales pitch. I can revisit my conversations and see where I need to improve which has been really useful for converting more prospects.
Cons
My only concern is that some people seem uneasy when I ask for their permission to be recorded.

“AI roleplay with real context added”
Pros
Practicing with the AI agents is a really cool feature especially when they bring in objections and considerations pulled from my past meetings or even conversations my coworkers have had.
Cons
At times though it doesn't feel fully grounded in reality. Some of the objections it raises just don't make sense and since it seems to rely entirely on previous meeting recordings, there are often logical gaps in how it responds.

“app proves very helpful”
Pros
Using Rilla has been a really positive experience because the app is simple to navigate and easy to use. It also makes tracking phone calls much more manageable.
Cons
The AI bot's notes do not always match the customer conversation perfectly although I do not see it as a major issue.

“feedback helps”
Pros
Call quality is consistently on point and the feedback is genuinely useful for catching what I missed as well as highlighting what I did really well.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it's that sometimes things I definitely covered don't get checked off. It's not a big issue though and it doesn't happen very often.

“Smart coaching insights from calls”
Pros
Rilla reviews my calls automatically and points out both what I'm doing well and the areas where I can improve so I don't have to go through every conversation by hand.
Cons
Overall it performs really well and gives useful insights but I'd still love to see deeper integrations with the tools I already rely on, like Dialpad, to make the workflow feel more connected and efficient.

“Rick AI has been invaluable”
Pros
One feature I keep coming back to is RICK AI. Even on the occasions when I forget to record a presentation, I can still drop in my own notes and use RICK AI to get a sense of how the presentation went.
Cons
The downside is the time it takes for the transcript to load since that delay makes it harder for me to put together the follow-up email with the extra details they asked me to include.

“Coaching and field strategies improve greatly”
Pros
It helps me work on the areas where I struggle with customers, build up my weaker points and learn new strategies and techniques I can actually use out in the field.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any issues. It's been running well and has only been helpful.

“Human support makes this win”
Pros
As a product idea, this tool is an absolute homerun and the execution lives up to it. On top of that the customer support is incredibly helpful and reliable and the team behind Rilla it surprisingly human. Every interaction has been casual, useful and high-impact. In a world where so many exchanges feel purely transactional, people genuinely seem to care about real conversations and solving the needs of others.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. The only thing I don't love is the learning curve if you want to become a power user but that's also understandable. It's similar to learning shortcuts and tools in Excel once you spend some time with it, it becomes much easier to use.

“Roleplay feedback offers real value”
Pros
Getting feedback almost right away has been really helpful and the roleplay feature tied to appointments I've actually run makes the practice feel relevant. Being able to revisit real scenarios I've already been through helps me learn from them and improve faster over time.
Cons
The roleplay scoring can be a little off at times especially when it says I missed something that I'm sure I actually did. Even with that, it's still really useful practice to do on my own time.

“Smart support and useful AI together”
Pros
Handling complex sales cycles feels a lot more manageable with this because it helps me keep track of important details, remember names and communicate more effectively. The AI features are genuinely useful and customer support was excellent when I needed a recording removed.
Cons
One frustration is that the interface changes pretty often so locating older recordings can sometimes take extra effort. I'd also really appreciate an option to download the full transcript.

“Coaching boost that feels easy”
Pros
Right from the start it has been very user friendly. It's been a really valuable coaching tool for my team and I especially enjoy how smoothly I can move from one ridealong to the next.
Cons
Every now and then, it's a little glitchy. Sometimes it will play audio or music without showing anything on the screen but aside from that it's been great.

“Strong coaching with clear call clarity”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much cleaner calls sound thanks to the background noise removal. The audio quality is consistently strong and the AI features add a lot of value during day to day use. Search works well when I need to go back and find something quickly and the roleplay feature is a helpful way to practice. Being able to listen in live on teammates is also a big plus.
Cons
The roleplay feature could feel a bit more realistic and the transcription can be a little off sometimes. Still, these are pretty minor issues and not much to worry about overall.

“Top notch experience”
Pros
The ride-along tools and overall feature set are outstanding. Being able to listen in live, give feedback in real time and coach reps on the spot is hard to beat.
Cons
At times it can be tough to reach the assigned account manager. Growing the team would really help them keep pace with customer support needs.

“Strong coaching keeps teams accountable”
Pros
Team collaboration has been really amazing and it does a good job of keeping everyone accountable when it comes to security. The feature set is strong and the technicians have accepted it better than I expected because the technology is genuinely useful for giving them feedback. It definitely feels like we're getting good value for what we're paying.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see more of is practice role plays. The ones that are included are good but there just aren't enough of them to keep helping people improve consistently.

“Instant feedback with helpful insights”
Pros
One of the best parts is how quickly feedback shows up after I upload a conversation. The insights into the process are incredibly useful and the tips it gives are genuinely helpful.
Cons

“Real-time coaching actually delivers results”
Pros
Getting feedback on different parts of my script has been incredibly helpful. It gives me real-time guidance on how to stick more closely to the script and handle objections better during calls.
Cons
The integration with my current CRM was a bit rough. It has improved a lot now but we missed several weeks of calls before everything was fully connected. That said, the CRM I use is pretty buggy so I don't think this was really a platform problem.

“packed with helpful practice sessions”
Pros
One of the best parts of Rilla is the AI features especially the summaries it creates from my conversations. The role-playing tool is also a nice addition and does a good job of helping you stay sharp.
Cons
I'd really like to see a lock screen widget for pausing and resuming recordings. The interface could also use some work so it's quicker and more easy to navigate back to previous interactions.

“proves really beneficial”
Pros
Being able to redo objection handling for appointments has been really useful. It helps me spot the places where I could have responded better and improve from there.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the role-play sometimes ends before the timer is actually up so I'm not sure if that's a glitch. It would also be better if there were a little more time and clearer guidance on exactly what to say.
