Pros

Every feature whether it's been there a while or newly added, is easy to navigate and pick up which makes training fast and helps new users feel confident using the system. The mobile function also makes it simple and effective for operators and drivers to communicate and adjust daily routes or routines.

Cons

One recurring issue is having to re-route the database which can be frustrating especially during busy mornings. That said the support team usually steps in and gets it sorted out pretty quickly.
