“Quick and efficient software”
Pros
The reporting is quick and easy and having all contacts in one place is very convenient. It's great to have all sales-related info including account details, targets and ongoing opportunities, in one place.
Cons
The software isn't perfectly tailored to our needs and some features can't be changed as they are fundamental to the system. Some information we don't need still appears and we only get a partial view of what we actually need. The document filing feature isn't great and improving that could help reduce the need for many of the documents we currently have archived on our system.

Pros
I wanted software that was simple for my salespeople on the go. Sales-i makes it easy to log calls and search for information.
Cons
At times the software is not very user friendly. It feels like three separate platforms merged together. For instance the CRM is complicated. There's no "LOG" file to track changes or completed forms. The forms I create don't attach properly to a customer's file and I can't just print them directly. Campaigns require daily refreshing to work, which seems like it could be easily fixed with an auto refresh feature. In general the product requires improvements.

Pros
The analytics are excellent offering a wide variety of data.
Cons
Daily data transfers from our business system can be problematic and need a check system for missed data. It's too slow in fixing issues especially considering the cost. The data team is located in the UK, which is an issue due to the time difference.

Pros
Setting up team goals by product line is helpful. It tracks YTD stuff but it only updates monthly, not daily. Campaigns are useful, though more training is needed.
Cons
I used Variance+ exclusively until last fall when I was informed that the report wouldn't be updated anymore. I was also told we would be able to view variance by date instead of just by month, which is very limiting. I need to see how we are performing compared to the prior month throughout the month. And also why are there so many items in the ZZZ folder? This should not be the case.

“Ideal for tracking sales metrics”
Pros
I like it because it's very informative. Before going into a meeting, I always know exactly where we stand with the customer. It's a great tool for creating snapshots to present to clients.
Cons
The software is quite limited when it comes to tracking opportunities. It would be helpful if it could integrate with Outlook so that I can get reminders for opportunities that have been overlooked. Accessing opportunities is too complex and since opportunities are a crucial part of the sales process, simplifying this feature would be beneficial. I also dislike that I can't set recurring tasks. If I have a weekly visit or task, I'd like to have an option to set it to repeat weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. A feature to customize inquiries would be great, as there's too much irrelevant information when running inquiries. If we could customize them for our most frequent use, it would be much more efficient.

Pros
I've been very impressed with the implementation process. We had a dedicated customer contact that guided us every step of the way! The software is very insightful and tailored to the sales process, bringing together contacts and sales data, and allowing us to create and implement a strategic plan.
Cons
As a manufacturer representative group, the implementation process was a bit challenging. We are still working on correcting the information we transfer to make the software more precise and useful.
