“Rollout confused us”
Pros
Their salesperson stayed persuasive and quick to respond the entire time and communication during the sales process was consistent.
Cons
The biggest problem was that they were never able to get the solution implemented. It honestly felt like we might have been their first customer. Even after two months of daily calls and back-and-forth with our team of experts and sales closers, the AI voice still sounded like it was replying through Google Translate, with answers that felt awkward, confused and unnatural. We were originally sold through Wishpond and then handed off to this one.
