“Integrations and reporting”
Pros
There's a huge support community behind it and it connects with just about every app or software we use. It also gives you a lot of flexibility to customize data which is really helpful. On top of that, the reporting tools can be valuable for an executive team when they need insights.
Cons
One downside is that making edits takes a lot of learning before you can do them confidently. At times, the number of steps involved for even small CRM changes feels excessive. Managing it as an IT admin can easily become a full-time responsibility which may be tough for smaller companies to handle.

“Customized for our workflow”
Pros
It's incredibly flexible which lets us tailor a lot of things to fit our business needs and workflows really well.
Cons
Every now and then, I'm caught off guard by something the system can't do out of the box and support's usual answer is to solve it through customization. It's nice that this is possible but it isn't always the most practical option.

“Leading CRM solution”
Pros
Among CRM platforms, this is by far the biggest and most established option out there. The feature set is incredibly extensive and it connects with just about every other business tool you can think of through its huge range of integrations. Every company needs a way to manage prospects and customer relationships and this is easily one of the most powerful solutions available.
Cons
At times, it does feel a bit slow although I've heard the newer version interface is supposed to improve that. Some parts of the platform also take time to learn especially the reporting tools. They're very capable but not especially simple for the average user who just wants to put together a quick report.

“Cloud-based sales visibility”
Pros
Keeping track of overall sales and performance by territory is excellent with this software. The interface feels user-friendly and it lets managers create many different kinds of reports for every customer in their area. I'd also point out the cloud access which is a really valuable feature.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major problems using it. As far as sales area management goes, I consider it one of the best software options available.

“Powerful and simple tool”
Pros
Hands down, this is the most simple CRM system I've used. It keeps contacts well organized and the customization options feel almost limitless.
Cons
The only downside is that customer support can occasionally take a few days to get back to you.

“perfect reporting and integrations”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how it connects with a massive range of tools and the reporting capabilities are pretty great too. It also helps that so many companies rely on it because switching jobs or moving between organizations is a lot easy when I don't have to learn an entirely new system each time.
Cons
At the same time, it feels awkward and far from simple. When it comes to pipeline management and task handling, it's not very useful on its own so I end up relying on another free tool, Scratchpad, layered on top of it because that makes managing my pipeline about five times easier. I really shouldn't have to go find my own add-on just to make the platform work better. And if an organization doesn't keep the setup lean and organized, it turns into a slow, oversized system that drags workflows down quite a bit.

“Versatile booking tools”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was how much this software could handle in one place. It lets you schedule appointments, track sales and keep your full customer database stored inside the system as well.
Cons
Biggest downside, in my opinion, is the usability. It's not the most simple program and learning how to use it can take some time.

“Shared sales history”
Pros
Keeping sales records and lead details shared across the team has been really valuable. Since sales staff change often, this works very well for tracking past sales activities so nothing gets lost when someone leaves. The next person can quickly see who was contacted, the current status and who the main contact is at the company. That way, the previous staff member's work doesn't go to waste and it also helps prevent multiple people from reaching out to the same target company.
Cons
One downside is that it feels a bit heavy, with too many columns that need to be filled in. Some of the information isn't really necessary and other details may not even be available all at once. It would be much better if there were customization options so each company could choose only the fields that are essential for them to complete.

“CRM with broad access”
Pros
We rely on this software for CRM and have also recently explored using it for VRM. It works well for managing customer records, project details and bidding or opportunity tracking. People across different roles and experience levels in the company are generally able to locate projects and customer information without much trouble which makes it practical for getting the details they need.
Cons
After the new version appeared, it created quite a bit of confusion across the company because many of us had no advance notice of the rollout and weren't clear on what advantages it actually offered. From our perspective, it mostly seemed like a redesigned interface without any real added functionality although that may not be entirely accurate so we ended up going back to the original or classic view and plan to stay there unless new version proves to have features we actually need. Another issue which may be tied to how our instance was configured, is that the data seems to be split across Opportunity, Project and Account making it hard at times to build reports that need information from all three of those separate, siloed areas. Because of that, a lot of users avoid creating or using reports altogether. Having also worked with Microsoft tools and Domo for data visualization, those platforms felt much more easy for locating, transforming and manipulating data especially since so much of the process was drag and drop and easier to follow for users without a strong background in data organization.

“Time-saving automation”
Pros
It takes a lot of repetitive work off my staff's plate by automating so many tasks. We use it for collecting reviews, managing accounts and handling customer management and it saves us a significant amount of time.
Cons
Only downside is the cost since it's definitely very expensive. The amount of time the software saves helps balance out the high price.

“Sales tracking hub”
Pros
Everything is centralized in one place which makes it much simpler to monitor all the customers on your account. It covers relationship management, sales performance, task follow-up, goals, visit planning, lead prospecting and even sales territory mapping so it really handles the full process.
Cons
Interface still needs some work. It could feel more simple and be lighter to load especially when you're traveling and dealing with weak internet. I ran into major delays getting the app and pages to load and that ended up wasting a lot of time. An offline mode or buffer that lets you keep working and sync once the connection comes back would make a big difference.

“Essential forecasting but dated design”
Pros
For any company managing forecasts and account ownership, this feels like a must-have. It gives a clear and realistic view of forecasting and account ownership and with the right integrations even activity tracking. I use it every single day and it's absolutely necessary for me to get my work done.
Cons
UX and overall design feel pretty old-fashioned which can make it harder to use at times. It also takes quite a while to get comfortable with the system and there wasn't much support when it came to best-practice guidance.

“Complex ecosystem lock-in”
Pros
One thing worth noting is that the platform keeps evolving and they do seem to take customer feedback about functionality seriously. They also offer a lot of standalone training through Trailhead which helps users learn how to work with the product.
Cons
Getting people to actually use it and keep their accounts maintained takes a lot of effort. The fact that they have an entire department focused on training and certifying people to manage and maintain the system says a lot. Yes, that makes the product sticky but it also shows how deeply you get tied into their ecosystem once you buy in. It's also pretty revealing that there's a massive industry of third-party companies making billions from plugins and add-ons just to make things simpler for end users.

“Features with console view”
Pros
Right from the start, this has felt like a phenomenal system. It comes packed with a wide range of features that companies of any size, across different industries, can really put to good use. Console view is especially one of my favorite parts.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how slow new version console can be. The functionality is excellent but once more than three accounts are open, it takes an insanely long time to get anything done. The sub-tabs are definitely helpful though new version console really needs to run faster.

“Pushy sales and rising fees”
Pros
From the very start, buying this was a terrible experience. The account executive came across like a used car salesman, overly aggressive and far too pushy. On top of that, once they take your money, it feels like a sell-it-and-leave-it kind of operation.
Cons
It acts like it is the operational central nervous system every business absolutely needs. For example, with things like Manufacturing Cloud, it just adds "Cloud" to whatever industry it is targeting and claims the CRM is specially configured for that category. It is also very expensive and they keep adding more fees year after year.

“CRM for deal tracking”
Pros
For the past two years at my office, this software has been a really great CRM tool. It offers excellent CRM features and has been especially useful for tracking customer information which helps move deals forward much faster. Another big advantage is its support for different third-party software and that makes day-to-day work a lot more convenient.
Cons
One area that needs improvement is the support since it hasn't been up to the mark. The UI can also be a bit hard for beginners to navigate at first and I feel the pricing model could be better as well.

“Clean pipeline and progress”
Pros
Using this has been a pleasure. The interface is very user-friendly and it makes it simple to monitor my progress while keeping my pipeline organized and clean.
Cons
At my company, things can get pretty messy in it. They work from leads instead of contacts so it's common to end up with five separate leads for the same person which gets really frustrating.

“strong tracking”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is how much freedom the software gives you to customize your organizational setup. It's also impressive how effectively it connects clients and employees while keeping activities well tracked and reported.
Cons
The pricing is the part I'm less enthusiastic about. It's definitely not the most affordable CRM out there but I can still say the value it delivers makes the cost feel justified.

“Custom fields boost productivity”
Pros
Having the ability to customize fields around our specific business model has been a huge plus. We do not really have a traditional sales team but we do have a recruitment team so being able to use our own technical terms when referring to key stakeholders and members of our organization makes the system much more simple and helps improve productivity.
Cons
It would be much better if every license level included integrations with other platforms like Mailchimp, Cvent and similar tools. Right now, we have to pay for a very expensive license just to get the different software platforms we use to communicate with each other.
