Fast lead routing

Pros

Getting leads where they needed to go was one of the best parts of using the cloud. It handled that process quickly and efficiently which made a big difference in day-to-day work.

Cons

The part I liked least about Sales Cloud was the initial setup. It took quite a bit of time to learn and getting familiar with where everything needed to go was harder than I expected.

It offers useful features like sales data analysis, handling new sales opportunities, web-based lead generation and the Chatter feature for better communication with customers. The setup process is easy and the training modules make it easier to get up and running.

For a small startup, the pricing can feel expensive especially if you want to access all the features since that often requires purchasing additional licenses.

Custom dashboard control

Pros

Among the contact management platforms I've used, this one feels the most complete. The dashboard is a standout feature and the level of customization it offers is a huge plus.

Cons

Because it can do so much, getting comfortable with it takes time and comes with a pretty steep learning curve. That said, the onboarding team and online resources are there to help with that challenge.
