“Good automation with search limitations”
Pros
Once you already understand how a sales funnel works, fitting this into your business model is pretty easy. It helps a lot with handling large amounts of data day to day which can otherwise get overwhelming and make it very likely to misplace, overlook or forget an important prospect. This makes it much easier to store information and keep records of the kind of contact you've had with a specific lead or company. On top of that, it also lets you track the progress made with each lead or prospect. Another useful part is that it can help automate parts of the sales process.
Cons
Because it holds such a large volume of sales data, finding exactly what you need at the moment you need it can be difficult. It's still possible but sometimes it takes effort. Moving from the classic version to the new version also tends to make you switch back and forth quite a bit which gets frustrating. Customer support could be better as well since it hasn't been the best experience.

“All account info in one place”
Pros
Having everything connected in one place is what I appreciate most. Whether it's Gmail or account-based documents, I can go to a single hub and pull up everything relevant right when I need it. It makes those in-the-moment account lookups really efficient.
Cons
One downside is that it needs to be customized to fit your business. Without taking the time to tailor it, the default structure doesn't really work as a helpful model.

“CRM with standout support”
Pros
After using it for the past four years, I can honestly say it's one of the best CRMs I've worked with. Lead management, campaigns, account handling and contact management are all very easy to use. Building views and reports is especially useful for keeping an eye on engagement and opportunity tracking. You can also place multiple reports on the dashboard which makes it much easier to monitor activities and see what actions are needed for a specific task. Over time I've really become a big fan of it. On top of that, the customer support is excellent and they provide very helpful user training materials for free.
Cons
The new version does feel a little slower than the classic version.

“looks great”
Pros
After more than 10 years of working with it, I've used Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent and now new version. The feature set is excellent. Integration points can be configured in just a few clicks and setting up SSO is very easy. I'm also really enjoying the look and feel of the new version component.
Cons
One downside is that new version doesn't work in Internet Explorer. Also, using the out-of-the-box charts and graphs in the new version component is difficult.

“various features and plugins”
Pros
Getting started with it was pretty easy and the platform offers a huge variety of features. There are plenty of plug-ins available so it can be adapted to just about any need. Importing records was fairly simple and the customer support team was excellent in helping with the learning process. I also appreciated being able to switch features on or off depending on what was needed.
Cons
Because it can be customized so heavily, integrating it with some of the other products we use was more difficult than expected. It also takes a while to fully understand how the whole system works although the time investment does pay off. On top of that, the price was noticeably higher than a lot of competing services.

“All-in-one productivity boost”
Pros
Using this software has made a real difference in how we handle our workflow and run the business. It's user-friendly and gives us the flexibility to tailor things to fit our specific business needs. Having everything in one place, notes, photos, invoices, reports and other key information, has been incredibly helpful. From a management standpoint, having a variety of reports right at my fingertips has been valuable for training staff and continuously improving productivity.
Cons
From time to time, system updates temporarily take the software offline. They do usually plan these for the middle of the night and give advance notice which helps us prepare and work around the downtime.

“Custom client tracking hub”
Pros
It's become the main database for all of our client information, work logs, internal company notes and stat tracking which I really appreciate. The customization options let us shape it around the way our company works and that helps me do my job more effectively and stay efficient.
Cons
At times, it can feel like there's almost too much information in one place but that really has more to do with how my company uses it than with the software itself.

“Strong features but awkward interface”
Pros
There are tons of functions and reporting tools in this software so it can be adapted to match the workflow of almost any type of company. It also offers plenty of resources which makes it easier to get questions answered and receive the training needed to use it properly.
Cons
New version definitely provides a better user experience while the original version feels much less polished. There are also occasional bugs in the inbox. On top of that, the software could be more simple and aligned to use although that may be the tradeoff for a system designed to flex around so many different workflows.

“Modern interface”
Pros
Right away, the new version interface feels more modern than the older version and is easy to work with. Setup was fairly simple, the Outlook interface works well and connecting it to our marketing automation tool was quick and hassle-free.
Cons
There are quite a few settings to deal with. It's not the worst system out there but we still run into problems that can only be fixed by digging through deeper configuration options which feels unnecessarily complex for a small team of around five users.

“Flexible app marketplace”
Pros
The business setup is well thought out, with a lot of important functionality already built in. And when something isn't included, it usually doesn't require custom development since you can buy it through a certified add-on and enhancement marketplace.
Cons
Administration side is very capable but it can also feel more complicated than it should be at times. Configuring user-based data access restrictions ought to be much simpler. We also weren't able to hand this off to departments as intended and had to rely on IT resources for support instead. Another noticeable gap was the lack of built-in integration tools for handling customer information with mainstream ERP systems.

“Reporting and customization”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how much functionality it gives you and your team when pulling reports on sales opportunities and accounts. Quarterly reports, sales attainment tracking, demographic analysis and similar reporting can all be generated without much trouble which makes the possibilities feel almost endless. I'd confidently recommend it to any person or company looking into CRM software. Another plus is how customizable it is, if there are specific metrics you want to monitor, you can build those right into your templates.
Cons
The one real challenge is the same issue that comes with almost any CRM system, it depends on salespeople taking the time to enter information carefully, consistently and accurately. If that doesn't happen, the database loses a lot of its value.

“Automation for operations”
Pros
After spending all of last summer working with it, I got pretty deep into what it can do and it's an incredibly powerful platform. It offers capabilities you wouldn't normally expect when it comes to managing and automating relationships across customers, teams and managers. When it's set up the right way, it can completely transform how operational teams work.
Cons
Using it though, is far from enjoyable. The interface isn't very user-friendly and the deeper you go into the system, the more frustrating that becomes. New version was supposed to improve the experience but it still lacks a lot of features which actually made things harder since I kept having to switch back and forth between the new version and the classic version.

“Prospecting with smart search”
Pros
Getting started with this tool was very easy and the search functionality is excellent. Even someone with basic user knowledge can build prospect lists just by choosing the right criteria and I really love being able to drill down using as many as 15 different filters to do it fast. Having access to the email templates I've already created is also a big plus when I need to send something quickly. It's also really nice that it integrates with Groove and setting up automatic prospecting flows is simple.
Cons
The reporting side can feel a little overwhelming and pulling data isn't as simple as the rest of the platform.

“Great CRM for sales”
Pros
Keeping track of contacts and pipelines became much more organized and accurate with this. Being able to use it between meetings and while traveling saved me a lot of catch-up work at the end of the day. Overall, it was an excellent CRM that made daily tasks faster and simpler which gave me more time to concentrate on selling and ultimately bring in more revenue.
Cons
Honestly, I can't point to much of a downside. From an administrative perspective, the per-user cost is fairly high. That said, the investment should pay for itself on the sales side by letting the team spend more time focused on their accounts.

“Platform that keeps up”
Pros
This platform is incredibly powerful and flexible when it's in the right hands. The ability to keep updating and refining the system, along with the ongoing support from the vendor, has helped my team stay on top of the changing needs of our small business.
Cons
Reporting and development come with a fairly steep learning curve if the right support is not in place from the start. Our office's specific platform setup also has a few quirks that make it harder for new employees to learn quickly while working. It would also be a big improvement if there were better built-in options for mass record uploads without relying on third-party tools.

“Outlook integration that works”
Pros
After using this service for several years, it proved to be a great fit for sales work. It performed well for our sales team and the integration with Outlook was especially useful and worked nicely.
Cons
Pricing was a bit of a concern when we were using it a few years ago although that may have changed since then. With so many open-source CRM and sales tracking options available, paying that much for this tool felt hard to justify.

“CRM standard with top integrations”
Pros
It's basically become the "Kleenex" of CRMs, when CRM comes to mind, this is the one people think of first. When it comes to features and integrations, it really feels unbeatable.
Cons
A few calling and email tracking features in Pipedrive and Base CRM appeal to me more. That said, I get the sense there's probably an integration available that could cover those gaps.

“Custom reports with branding”
Pros
One of the best parts is how customizable it is since you can add the fields you need and tailor it to fit your setup. The UI also looks much more visually appealing and better aligned with our brand. On top of that, you can build reports on practically anything which makes the platform really powerful.
Cons
Okay so you do need someone who really understands the system to add fields properly and make structural changes especially when it comes to the UI. Reporting can also feel a bit tough at times if you are not familiar with how the platform's architecture is set up.

“Poor support and messy workflow”
Pros
After 16 years of using and implementing this platform, I'm honestly stuck with it more out of necessity than loyalty. They've positioned themselves so well as the top option that most third-party apps integrate with them and hardly anyone else which makes switching incredibly difficult. If there were another great CRM that offered the same usability and the same level of integrations, I would have left a long time ago. The platform itself is user-friendly and that's one of the few reasons I've stayed.
Cons
The biggest problem is the company behind it. Customer service is completely unresponsive and there's almost no sense of ownership when something goes wrong, whether it's billing, product functionality or sales-related. Responses are either nonexistent or delayed and I'm not talking about waiting a day, I mean waiting two weeks. On top of that, the sales reps seem uninformed about their own products and promotions and the way the sales team is managed is some of the worst I've seen in over 16 years working in sales at Fortune 100 companies. I've even forwarded email threads to reps trying to get help and still got absolutely nothing back. The people and processes are a mess. They seriously need to get it together.

“Powerful yet friendly design”
Pros
Compared with other large programs that usually feel overly complicated and take forever to learn, this software has been amazing to use. It's a very powerful platform and even though I've only scratched the surface of everything it can do, it already feels approachable instead of overwhelming. That balance of power and usability really makes me want to keep coming back to it.
Cons
Only downside has been adjusting to the new version interface.
