“Helpful customer search tools”
Pros
Tracking down customer information is very easy especially with the different search areas available to narrow things down.
Cons
Really haven't run into anything to dislike. We moved our sales side over to VinSolutions but we still continue using this for our service department.

“Integrations all around”
Pros
A big plus is how well it connects with so many third-party apps and tools. Whether it's marketing automation software, accounting programs or customer support platforms, bringing everything together into one connected ecosystem really helps improve overall productivity.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve though. With such a wide range of features available, the platform can feel pretty complex and even overwhelming when you're just getting started.

“Helpful integrations but confusing task tracking”
Pros
Integrations with services like ZoomInfo and Outlook are definitely a plus and make the software more useful alongside other tools.
Cons
Things can get a bit confusing at times when trying to find missing tasks and emails that come in unassigned because a contact wasn't logged.

There are a lot of customization options, with plenty of settings available to configure based on different needs.
Cons
Getting started with the product can be challenging because the learning curve is fairly steep. Managing all the settings is not always easy and accessing email templates is difficult if you don't have admin-level permissions.

“Flexible fields and reports”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how much you can customize the fields to match the needs of a sales organization. As our sales processes evolved and the company grew, we had to add a lot of new workflows and the platform had enough functionality to support all of that. That flexibility has been a huge help in our day-to-day work. Another major benefit is the wide range of reports you can build. Those reports have been especially valuable for spotting the reasons behind weak sales and helping us figure out how to improve performance.
Cons
The downside is the level of complexity. Setting up new processes is quite difficult and we regularly turn to Trailblazer and examples built by other users for guidance. Even with those resources, configuring everything without specialized knowledge is still very challenging.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
After moving over to this cloud platform, we've seen major benefits. SF cloud has become our top CRM for managing data, accounts, contacts, pipelines and valuable opportunities. It really understands our needs, workflows and business and it helps recommend and deliver the best solutions for us.
Cons
Pricing is on the higher side compared to other options in the market. It's excellent for storing information but the analytics capabilities are limited. I still have to export data whenever I want to analyze it properly because the dashboard features don't offer enough functionality.

Pros
It's really convenient to work with because the interface is mostly point-and-click, with drag-and-drop tools that make it simple to connect the product to the processes already in place.
