“Helpful integrations but confusing task tracking”

Pros

Integrations with services like ZoomInfo and Outlook are definitely a plus and make the software more useful alongside other tools.

Cons

Things can get a bit confusing at times when trying to find missing tasks and emails that come in unassigned because a contact wasn't logged.

“Flexible settings and setup”

Pros

There are a lot of customization options, with plenty of settings available to configure based on different needs.

Cons

Getting started with the product can be challenging because the learning curve is fairly steep. Managing all the settings is not always easy and accessing email templates is difficult if you don't have admin-level permissions.

“Flexible fields and reports”

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is how much you can customize the fields to match the needs of a sales organization. As our sales processes evolved and the company grew, we had to add a lot of new workflows and the platform had enough functionality to support all of that. That flexibility has been a huge help in our day-to-day work. Another major benefit is the wide range of reports you can build. Those reports have been especially valuable for spotting the reasons behind weak sales and helping us figure out how to improve performance.

Cons

The downside is the level of complexity. Setting up new processes is quite difficult and we regularly turn to Trailblazer and examples built by other users for guidance. Even with those resources, configuring everything without specialized knowledge is still very challenging.

“CRM for sales teams”

Pros

After moving over to this cloud platform, we've seen major benefits. SF cloud has become our top CRM for managing data, accounts, contacts, pipelines and valuable opportunities. It really understands our needs, workflows and business and it helps recommend and deliver the best solutions for us.

Cons

Pricing is on the higher side compared to other options in the market. It's excellent for storing information but the analytics capabilities are limited. I still have to export data whenever I want to analyze it properly because the dashboard features don't offer enough functionality.

“Flexible drag-and-drop workflow”

Pros

It's really convenient to work with because the interface is mostly point-and-click, with drag-and-drop tools that make it simple to connect the product to the processes already in place.

Cons

The back-end customization side definitely comes with a steep learning curve but once everything clicks, it becomes incredibly powerful.

“Beginner-friendly for email campaigns”

Pros

Coming from someone who taught themselves how to use it for bulk email marketing, the software feels very beginner friendly and approachable.

Cons

Updating distribution lists is a pretty tedious process and it's easy for mistakes to happen which means everything has to be checked over again.

“Sales workflow boost”

Pros

Right out of the box, SFSC stands out as one of the most user-friendly sales workflow management tools available. It really changes the day-to-day experience for salespeople and makes their work much more manageable.

Cons

There are not many downsides to the platform. That said, in certain situations, it needs a third-party integrator for customization and implementation which can increase the overall cost.

“Flexible dashboards and mobile reports”

Pros

When the initial setup is handled properly, it becomes very simple to manage customer information and keep track of sales data. Dashboards and tables can be customized however you want and the whole process is easy. It's also very practical for sales staff to submit reports from their phones while working outside the office. Communication between in-house teams and external staff works well too.

Cons

On the other hand, if the initial implementation doesn't go well, there's a risk of added costs. If you don't have someone on your team who can manage it confidently, it's better to use an outsourcing partner or get proper training and support during the build.
