“Reporting that delivers”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is the reporting side of the platform especially how simple it is to build reports.
Cons
In our particular IT instance, there's a huge amount of outdated information in the system and if I weren't already comfortable using the platform, it could be pretty confusing.

“Fast access and easy interface”
Pros
The quick response time has been a big plus for me. I'm really satisfied with the system especially how fast it lets me get to almost every page and the interface feels comfortable to work with.
Cons
At the beginning, it can feel a little complicated to use since the platform includes a lot of features and handles a large amount of information and functions.

“Flexible features and smart automation”
Pros
The platform gives a lot of room for customization and flexibility which makes it easier to adapt to different needs. Its integration capabilities are also very helpful and the analytics and reporting tools are detailed and comprehensive. Automation saves a lot of time, the interface is user-friendly and having mobile accessibility makes it convenient to use from anywhere.
Cons
There are occasional limitations when trying to handle more exceptional or uncommon use cases.

“CRM customization tools”
Pros
It sets the standard that other CRMs are compared against. The level of customization a company can build into the CRM makes it incredibly valuable for any business looking to get the most out of its customer relationships and profit potential.
Cons
Interestingly, the thing I appreciate most about it is also one of my biggest frustrations since that experience can differ quite a bit from one organization to another.

“perfect for automation”
Pros
Right away, the platform stands out for its unique mix of customization, automation and integration features. It also covers lead management, opportunity tracking and sales forecasting really well and the option to build customized reports along with performance improvements makes it even more valuable.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that the cost can end up being higher than expected especially for companies outside its biggest client segment. There are also a huge number of functions so getting fully comfortable with it can take time. On top of that some customizations can be tricky and may require help from an IT expert. A few users have also mentioned that the interface feels complex and performance can slow down when working with large amounts of data.

“Simple CRM start”
Pros
Getting started with the CRM was easy especially as a first-time user. It feels simple to use and not overwhelming when you're new to this kind of software.
Cons
There are occasional lags now and then but that seems more related to the internet connection in my area than to the CRM itself.

“Customization and insights”
Pros
The platform can be adapted to fit a business's exact needs, connect with a wide range of other tools and systems and automate a lot of the sales workflow. That flexibility, along with strong reporting and analytics, makes it really useful for managing sales operations and improving performance effectively.
Cons
Because there are so many customization options and features, getting started can involve a pretty steep learning curve and may take considerable time and resources to set up and maintain.

“simple booking management”
Pros
The interface is clean and user-friendly and moving between functions feels very easy. We use it to handle all of our booked business and it makes it simple to find contracts and update them when needed.
Cons
Some features feel more complicated and time-consuming than they should be. For instance, applying multiple upweights or downweights to booked business can get quite confusing and those changes are not tracked in a very clear way.

“Valuable options for growth”
Pros
It provides a broad range of customizable options and for a smaller business it delivers excellent value while supporting growth.

“Sales tools and analytics”
Pros
This platform gives our team a full set of tools and features that really support the sales process. It has helped me improve both sales workflows and customer relationship management. The interface is very simple to use and the customer support has been reliable whenever needed. The analytics are especially impressive. Another big advantage is how well it integrates with other IT products making it much easier for us to connect different systems and keep all our data centralized.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints because the software covers everything I need. That said, the pricing is something that could be improved since it can be quite costly for startups especially with the added fees for integration and customization. Also, the implementation process can take several weeks or even months which may be difficult for businesses that need to get up and running quickly.

“Best CRM for sales flow”
Pros
As a general CRM, this has been the best option I've used for managing sales, creating quotes, sending invoices and handling everything else around the process. At my previous company, we were moved off it and onto MS Dynamics and the difference was brutal. MS Dynamics was so tough that it became a nightmare to work with and actually hurt revenue.
Cons
I can't really speak to how the pricing compared with MS Dynamics and I assume cost is why my previous company made the change. Even so, the switch ended up hurting revenue and profit even more so whatever savings they expected clearly weren't worth it.
