“Recommend it for forms and call tracking
Pros
I have been really impressed with the quality of its landing pages and its ability to track calls and emails. The notification feature is also very handy because it alerts me whenever a form is submitted. Plus the phone links are smooth and recorded which makes it easy to review past conversations. I'd highly recommend this service to others.
Cons
While I don't have any specific dislikes I find it hard to read the reports due to my frequent travels. However, I reach out via phone or email, they always respond promptly and help clear up any confusion.

“good tool for pulling in new leads
Pros
Generating leads is easy and they can be filtered and sorted by very specific demographics. We can also register for the Do Not Call List and access phone numbers when available. These leads are great because we can send correspondence to a valid address for individuals likely interested in pre-planning their services and we can also follow up with them by phone.
Cons
I wish their tracking system was more user friendly for entering lead information.
