“Highly effective sales tool!
Pros
I appreciate the ability to create client sites and share information with customers through them , it adds a professional touch. The way product datasheets, training materials and videos are organized makes it easy to search and find the right content. SalesHood is one of the best sales tools I've used and I use it weekly.
Cons
The user interface could be improved. While it's possible to find what you're looking for, the design feels basic. I think it could benefit from using tiles instead of just simple rectangular blocks across the page. It's just a thought.

Pros
It's an excellent way to store content internally and provide training videos and courses for our employees.
Cons
I think it would be helpful if content could be more easily found or better personalized for individual roles.

“A central hub for all the sales team needs
Pros
I think Saleshood is an essential tool for any organization that wants to keep all the necessary information for the sales team in one place.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle to find documents especially when I know they existed but can't locate them on Saleshood. I often wonder if it's due to my search method or if the documents haven't been uploaded yet.

Pros
We are still in the early stages of rolling out SalesHood across our team but so far it's been a fantastic tool. We are currently using a new feature called SalesRooms, which has been great for collaborating with potential clients, centralizing content and tracking engagement.
Cons
Since we're still in the early stages of using it, there's not much to complain about so far.

“A powerful platform for tracking and qualifying buyer behavior
Pros
Loved the ability to quickly create new client sites. It allows me to set up simple document storage sites for all the materials related to a specific deal.
Cons
There's nothing I can really criticize. I think it's great. The recent improvements with video have really enhanced the user experience.

“A solid tool
Pros
It is an excellent sales enablement tool. The client sites feature is fantastic and the courses are easy to navigate and very helpful.
Cons
Locating specific documents can be challenging at times. I think a few small adjustments to the interface could make it easier to find what you need.

“One of my go-to enablement tools
Pros
SalesHood is flexible enough to serve as my central "Sales Wiki" for our go to-market (GTM) team. The UI is easy for the team to navigate, which helps reduce the number of requests for content. As an admin, it's also simple to create new training materials and when I need help, the customer success manager and support team are quick to assist. I really appreciate the support from the customer service representative.
Cons
While SalesHood is flexible, I feel some of its instructional design capabilities fall short compared to other sales enablement platforms. We use a workaround with SCORM files through Articulate, but it would be better if those features were integrated into it. Also , my company recently moved from Google to Microsoft (which I wouldn't recommend) and I've noticed that SalesHood integrates better with the Google productivity suite than with Microsoft. Currently, we only have SharePoint integration and not OneDrive.
