“Top choice for sales engagement”
Pros
I find the platform to be very flexible. I mostly use it for sequencing prospects, and I especially appreciate the A/B testing feature. The sequence performance tracking is also something I value.
Cons
Integration with Hubspot has not been very easy for me. I don't have much else to add beyond that!

“Costly tool for outreach”
Pros
Calling works well for me. The ability to record calls is nice, and the cadences are a great idea for structuring my outreach efforts.
Cons
It requires a lot of effort, and customer support has not been helpful. All our phone numbers disappeared from Salesloft, and we had to do a lot of manual work to fix it.

“Ultimate sales engagement tool”
Pros
It's an easy-to-use and all-in-one product. As someone working at a smaller company with a limited budget, having everything I need, sales engagement, analytics, forecasting, conversation tracking, and opportunity management; all in one place is really important for my job.
Cons
Honestly, there is not much to criticize, and any complaints are really just nitpicking. The conversation intelligence and deal management modules are not as comprehensive as stand-alone solutions, but they are pretty close and more than enough for most teams. The Salesforce integration works almost flawlessly and is over 98% accurate. We did have an issue with Salesloft not being able to write a tickbox to Salesforce, which would be a nice fix, but it is more of a minor inconvenience than a critical problem.

“Truly amazing customer assistance”
Pros
The tool itself is fantastic and incredibly functional, but what really stands out is the customer support from SalesLoft. The support line for general bugs and queries is highly efficient and helpful, and the customer success aspect is some of the best I've experienced, not just within this industry but across various sectors. I highly recommend it for this reason alone.
Cons
The platform itself can be a bit buggy at times. I feel that there might be too much focus on new releases, and maybe more attention could be given to maintaining and upgrading the existing features to make them more stable.

“Solid SEP, but support could be Improved”
Pros
I found it easy to create cadences, and these cadences could be pushed to my team through various methods, such as our CRM and other marketing tools.
Cons
The customer service was a huge disappointment. We lost some key functionality, and our support ticket was probably abandoned after being passed around for months. As a result, we have decided not to renew our contract.

“SalesLoft: Tool for Account Executives”
Pros
It's simple to use, and the live email tracking is essential to my role. The integrations with Outlook, Salesforce and Zoom are simple and it automatically creates certain leads, hot leads and notifies me of these opportunities.
Cons
The UI feels a bit clunky to me, and it can sometimes be difficult to get the Outlook integration working properly.

“Fast, efficient sales outreach”
Pros
The main reason we implemented SalesLoft was because our SDR team was bogged down by very admin-heavy processes, and onboarding for new team members was a huge time sink. With SalesLoft, new team members could quickly understand exactly what was expected in terms of outreach to certain prospects. It also provided access to a wealth of data to analyze what types of outreach lead to success, whether that means adjusting the length of emails or timing, or making calls. Having this information meant that the most successful SDRs no longer kept best practices to themselves, and we were able to share strategies and improve the whole team's performance.
Cons
When assessing the features, I mentioned a few areas where Salesloft could improve: Firstly, there should be more focus on non-opportunity creating SDRs, so those teams could make better use of the coaching modules and get richer data when analyzing trends across performance. What I'd find most useful would be to track the number of high-value activities completed, meetings booked, meetings attended, and being able to see leads converted into opportunities, which is the traditional way Salesforce would identify success. Since the release of Rhythm, I've noticed some glitches in the tool, such as a few screens not taking me to the correct page and some delays with pre-scheduled emails. The product team has said they're working on these issues.

“Useful, but buggy for sales teams”
Pros
I really loved being able to see who was engaging with my emails. It helped me organize my sales outreach in a meaningful way, and the cadences helped me stay on track.
Cons
There were glitches fairly often. Sometimes the platform would not work for a couple of hours, the "Import from Salesloft" feature wouldn't work, and email signatures got messed up for several days at one point. While I think they still have some technical issues to resolve, the platform is pretty good overall. Occasionally, I also feel like the system fails to detect "opens," as someone will mention reading an email that Salesloft claims was never opened.

“Excellent tool for easy client outreach”
Pros
The integration of call and email tracking with my CRM, combined with the cadence tool, really helped automate and simplify the process. Even though I may not be technically inclined, I found it easy to understand and use. This reliable tool has definitely increased my work efficiency and helped me manage demanding tasks easily.
Cons
I've noticed that the emails sometimes encounter issues, and there are occasional system crashes. Notifications can be delayed, which doesn't help the situation. To ensure smooth performance, I would recommend a stable and uninterrupted internet connection. Importing individual items into Salesloft can be time-consuming, and if a crash happens, it may take a while for things to return to normal.

“My experience with SalesLoft”
Pros
SalesLoft has truly been a game-changer for sales teams aiming to optimize their outreach and maximize their results. As a user, I have discovered numerous remarkable features that have made it an invaluable tool for me as a sales professional.
Cons
A potential downside for some users is the learning curve associated with Salesloft. While the platform offers great functionality, it can take time and effort to fully master its features and unlock its full potential.
