“user friendly SOPs”
Pros
Seismic has been really helpful for keeping all of our sales workflow SOPs in one place and it's also where I go whenever I need support materials to share with a customer. The platform is very user-friendly, simple to navigate and the search function works really well.
Cons
The reporting was a little buggy at times and the service interruptions could be frustrating. It also didn't offer a client portal option so having something like a sales room feature would have been a nice addition.

“Centralized content saves searching time”
Pros
Working with it has been really helpful for our insurance brokerage firm particularly when it comes to keeping sales and marketing materials organized and easy to access. Having everything in one central place makes it simple to share information with both clients and coworkers. The search feature is also a big plus because it helps me quickly find specific documents, presentations or other resources without digging through multiple folders or different systems which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Getting started with the platform is a bit tricky at first especially when you're new and still learning where everything is. Some features could be easier to find and use too. It definitely takes a little time to get comfortable with all the tools and content.

“Helpful content tracking tool”
Pros
Most of my use of it was around hosting, sharing and tracking sales and marketing content and that part of the platform did its job well. Having approved assets kept in one place was really helpful and it made sharing them easy while also giving visibility into how people interacted with the content. The tracking features were especially valuable particularly when it came to seeing which materials were opened and viewed. That buyer engagement insight clearly seems like a central part of its content management offering.
Cons
At the same time it can seems too much at times if all you need is to host and track content. As it has a lot of features but for simpler needs, many of them aren't necessary. The platform also depends a lot on good organization and careful admin management. If folders, permissions and version control aren't handled well, it becomes much harder to find the content you need quickly.

“centralized content boosts team productivity”
Pros
Having everything in one place is the biggest advantage. It keeps sales and marketing materials organized on a single platform so finding the right content and sharing it with clients takes much less time. The search tools and personalization options are particularly useful and do a lot to improve productivity.
Cons
Sometimes it seems a bit slow or hard to use when I am trying to find specific content especially if things aren't clearly labeled or well organized.

“Useful digital sales rooms for prospects”
Pros
Putting together a digital sales room is really convenient especially for sharing content with prospects in one place instead of creating long content threads that eventually get lost.
Cons
The interface is still a weak point as it can be confusing though it has been getting better with updates like being able to drag and drop files directly from your computer.

“replay tools are useful”
Pros
My laptop fan is going wild but at least the dashboard confirmed I scored an 81 in product knowledge so it was not a total disaster. Having all my materials gathered in the coaching rooms is genuinely helpful. The AI features have been functioning well for me so far without any crashes. I also like being able to replay the video when I miss something and jump back in right where I stopped.
Cons
Its bigger modules take far too long to load and I end up sitting there staring at a blank screen while my coffee gets cold. Also getting from the Feed to the Coaching Rooms takes way too many clicks.

“packed with valuable tools”
Pros
Working with Seismic Learning as a content creator has been a really positive experience. The platform is easy to learn, the customer support team is genuinely helpful and being able to organize and manage my documents in one place has been a big plus. It also seems like very good value for the money.
Cons
The only slight issue I ran into was with the search function which felt a little tricky at first. That said with help from customer support, I was able to figure it out pretty quickly.

“Powerful hub for training”
Pros
It has been a huge help for me and my team when it comes to managing assets and training new team members. We've used it to build and organize learning journeys and onboarding courses for all of our reps and it's also become a central place for most of our organizational assets. On top of that it has made collaboration with customers and partners much better by letting us create the experiences and repositories we need to work together effectively. Finding information is also much faster since the search makes it simple to locate assets quickly. Another thing I really like is how customizable the workspaces and assets are which makes collaboration easier and helps us clearly separate different assets and workspace types.
Cons
At this point I really have not come across any downsides. It has worked exactly the way we expected and it includes all the functionality we were looking for in a tool like this.

“user friendly tool for training materials”
Pros
Seismic makes working through business documents really simple and finding what I need is quick and hassle-free. All of my training and educational materials are kept in one convenient place which saves time. It's also flexible when it comes to customization so it fits our needs well.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that the dashboards can occasionally be a bit tricky to navigate.

“Flexible document sharing across teams”
Pros
The tool does a really good job of keeping documents organized in whatever way makes the most sense for your team. It's also very useful for sharing files across different departments and even with external partners.
Cons
Once a lot of documents build up, the interface can start to feel a bit cluttered. Even though the organization options are decent, it still ends up looking like a mass of folders and files on a plain white background which can feel overwhelming at times.

“very confusing setup”
Pros
Seismic sounded promising at first especially for tackling our content management issues and automating proposal creation. Unfortunately, it just didn't deliver on that promise.
Cons
Once we got into it we find it overly complicated and difficult for our team to implement properly. In the end it became obvious that the software wasn't actually going to fix our content management problem.

Pros
Everything is in one place which makes it convenient to get to data and presentations without much hassle. The interface also looks professional and attractive and it's easy to move around the tool once you're in it.
Cons
At first it can seem a bit complex and takes some time to get used to, since there's definitely a learning curve. That said it becomes more manageable with regular use.

Pros
Navigating the platform is very easy and finding the right documents doesn't take much effort. The indexing is effective and makes it really convenient to organize related documents together.

“Colorful analytics with automated reporting”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how simple it feels to use, along with the colorful way it presents data and graphs. The platform gives a very detailed breakdown of the content and results for each marketing channel separately which helps us learn a lot, compare channels side by side and better understand the differences between them. Another helpful part is being able to dig deeper into any marketing channel to see the real conversion volume and pull thorough data that clearly shows whether it is succeeding or failing at motivating customers. Seismic LiveDocs has also been a standout feature for us especially when it comes to automating reporting and improving collaboration.
Cons
It integrates directly with our multiple channels, gathers the data and keeps it updated automatically without mistakes.

“Helpful activity tracking”
Pros
A big advantage is the activity tracking it offers. When users sign in and open the shared content, I can tell which specific sections they're spending time on. That real time visibility has made a huge difference in how I manage client relationships, since it gives me a clear picture of what my clients are most interested in.
Cons
Keeping the back end content organized on the platform can be difficult and the way the layout is set up often makes it hard for me to locate the content I am looking for.

“Interactive lessons with built-in quizzes”
Pros
Beyond just creating lesson content, one of my favorite parts is being able to add multiple choice questions, matching options and other Q&A formats to check the learner's understanding once they finish the lesson. It seems like a more advanced version of Google Forms built directly into the lesson itself which is really fantastic.
Cons
One thing that gives me trouble when building new lessons in it is that I cannot place images directly in the middle of a text box. There are times when I want to drop in a graph or picture without having to split the text into separate boxes and add another text box just to make it work.

“Excellent hub for cross team content”
Pros
Across the company it has been really valuable for sharing documents across different teams. We adjust permissions by team which lets people access the documentation that matters most to their roles. In my case I am in marketing but the content I create is also very important for sales enablement. Keeping everything in it gives the sales team a single place to go whenever they need something, instead of having to reach out to me each time.
Cons
The platform is not very easy to use. I'd also really like approval reminders, since documents often have to go through several people before they can be published and those people sometimes forget. Also it would be helpful if it could automatically send reminder alerts after a certain number of hours.
