“simple contact management from emails”
Pros
Keeping all my contacts pulled from my email mailboxes in one place has been a huge help. I no longer have to go hunting them down myself and the whole system is very simple to use while taking care of everything for me.
Cons
I honestly don't have much to complain about. On the few occasions I have needed help, customer support has been there every time and handled things well.

“Excellent for contact discovery”
Pros
Customer support has been excellent and the overall functionality is really impressive. Building lists of companies and contacts is almost effortless especially when pulling people from years of past email history, even going back as far as 10 years. It's not flawless but the email scraping does a very good job of finding and organizing contact details. On top of that it offers some genuinely useful and interesting insights.
Cons
One issue I really wish they would address is how generic or personal email domains are handled. Some of our contacts use addresses like outlook.com or gmail.com and it currently groups matching domains under a single company. Right now there's no option to separate those contacts and assign them to different companies when they share the same generic email domain.

“works the best for us”
Pros
Handling high volumes of emails and signatures is where SigParser really delivers so it works well for both small teams and larger businesses. Also it is flexible enough to be adjusted to the specific needs of different organizations. On top of that the pricing is budget friendly which makes it a practical option for both companies and individuals. Since it uses a subscription model, you only pay for the features and usage level you actually need.
Cons
It is built mainly for extracting information from email signatures so its functionality is fairly narrow. It doesn't include things like email marketing or campaign management which means anyone needing those capabilities will probably have to connect it with other tools or platforms. Also it needs access to email accounts to pull contact details from signatures. Even though it's intended to be secure, that level of access could still raise privacy or security concerns for some users.

“Essential for extracting email contacts”
Pros
After searching for over six months for an automated way to pull contact details from 10 years of email history spread across five different email accounts, I finally came across SigParser and it was exactly what I needed. It's a brilliant tool that lets me extract contact information and organize my contacts much better than Google Contacts ever did. Fantastic job!
Cons
Well I haven't run into any drawbacks at all as it's been working perfectly for me in every way.

“offer dependable help”
Pros
Once it was in place it pretty much took care of itself and we no longer had opportunities getting buried in someone's inbox. Also it fit in well with our existing systems which was a big plus. On top of that the customer support has been outstanding as they replied quickly every time I reached out. At one point we were billed for something and I expected a long back and forth to get it resolved but they handled it immediately. That saved me a lot of time and that kind of responsiveness is exactly why I want to keep using it.
Cons
This is not really a problem with the software itself but more about where we are as a business right now. It was a bit ahead of us in terms of our sales process and our ability to keep up with all the information coming in. We're moving in that direction but at the moment we still don't have a clearly defined process for what to do with all the addresses.

“Quietly captures accurate contact details”
Pros
Behind the scenes in my CMS, it consistently pulls accurate contact details from the emails we receive without any fuss. It's been incredibly helpful how often I can reach out to a prospect right away instead of digging around for their information as it simply does its job and keeps everything moving.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. The team is responsive, keeps making the product better and clearly cares a lot about what they do. Absolutely love it.

“interface needs refinement”
Pros
When a CRM lacks good data, it quickly loses value but it provides a fast, simple way to fill in missing details by scanning emails. It's still in the early stages but the founders have been approachable and helpful and I can definitely see this turning into a must have app over time.
Cons
Like a lot of newer apps the functionality is further along than the interface and overall look and feel. The documentation also hasn't quite kept up yet so it takes more back and forth with the tech support team than it should.

“excellent reporting tool”
Pros
One of the biggest wins for our team has been the 25% increase in new contacts coming from the accounts we actively work with. Since contact data usually declines by around 20% each year, it has actually helped our database grow instead by pulling in current information from auto-replies and signature lines across our marketing and sales activity. We're also seeing 17% more direct phone numbers added into our CRM, 11% more updated job titles and 12% more cell phone numbers. The contact updating and organization features stand out the most. Right behind that is the metrics and reporting across every inbox connected for the team. It gives visibility into email volume and performance which is especially useful for sales managers. On top of that being able to segment, filter and build reports around frequently contacted users helps us create lists based on the highest-performing parts of our email outreach. As a marketing agency this has honestly been one of the best tools I have used in the past 12 years.
Cons
At this stage it does exactly what was promised so I really don't have any complaints. The only thing I'd be interested in seeing down the road is more development around organizing and querying based on the actual content of the emails themselves.

“powerful tool overall”
Pros
Right away SigParser proved to be a really powerful tool for helping us understand who is in our network, how we're connected and the best ways to strengthen those relationships. Within minutes, it pulled more than 2,500 new contacts from several email accounts and organized everything into a directory we could start using immediately. It saved us hundreds of hours of manual data entry and the software is user friendly, flexible and backed by excellent customer support. This program has been awesome.
Cons
It is still in the process of automating integrations with our CRM. I believe that kind of automated integration would add a lot of value and it sounds like it will be available over time.

“Easy to use tool”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and the results have been consistently accurate. The API tools are especially strong, giving me plenty of options for customization and automation with my CRM.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the API capturing the email subject line. That would make it much better for tracking marketing efforts.

Managing and updating contacts has become dramatically easier with this. It used to be a manual task that took up time and was something I'd occasionally mess up but now the whole process is automated.
