Strong analytics with simple workflows

Pros

It is very easy to use and the analytics tied to the questionnaire are especially useful.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is that once the questionnaire is live, you cannot make any changes to it. That's very inconvenient.

CRM integration executed appropriately

Pros

Getting it connected to our CRM was quick and the interface is very easy to use. Plus it cuts down manual data entry a lot and noticeably improves data quality especially when we're working events and trade shows.

Cons

There really aren't any major downsides overall. A few of the more advanced configuration options need some initial setup and coordination but the support team is responsive and helps sort it out quickly.

offer adequate support

Pros

The app worked well overall and the support service was also amazing and dependable.

Cons

A limitation is with the mandatory field settings since admins cannot control that themselves. It currently has to be handled by the support team and it would be better if customer admins had the flexibility to manage those settings on their own.

Boosts CRM efficiency

Pros

Snap Addy makes research and contact data collection much more efficient, saves us a lot of time and integrates to our CRM well with just a few clicks.

Cons

Every now and then some data fields aren't identified correctly and the more advanced customization options are still missing. That said the German support team responds quickly whenever field mappings need to be adjusted.

Offline flexibility with custom CRM mapping

Pros

Something that has been especially useful is that it works offline and it also lets you create whatever fields you need so they can be mapped to our CRM later.

Cons

It would be even better if the Pipedrive integration included a way to interact directly with leads.

quick support, dependable enrichment

Pros

From the first interaction I find it very easy to use. Once I sent in the contact form with my requirements, I was quickly put in touch with a Sales Manager who scheduled a 30 minute call to figure out which product suited my needs best. Everything moved along efficiently and it was easy to land on the right solution without wasting time. I chose the Data Enrichment service and it turned out to be both quick and simple to work with. On the few occasions I ran into problems, the technical support team got back to me right away and was extremely helpful.

Cons

The quality of the results really depends on how much information a company makes available. My main objective was to enrich VAT data but many companies outside the DACH region do not publish this on their websites. Because of that, I would mainly recommend it for enrichment within the DACH market, where the mandatory website imprint makes the available information much more complete and dependable.

Excellent for CRM data

Pros

After a full year of using it with our PipeDrive CRM, we're still extremely happy with both the platform and the support behind it. It has made a noticeable difference in the quality and completeness of our lead data. Setup was simple and the PipeDrive integration has worked well. In just a few clicks we can enrich incomplete records with detailed company information without leaving the CRM. We also like having full control over which fields should remain unchanged and which ones should be updated. The bulk enrichment feature was especially useful at the beginning for bringing all of our leads up to date. The interface is user friendly so the team got comfortable with it very quickly. From the start, our dedicated Rep made onboarding feel well organized and effortless. Whenever we had questions, the answers came quickly, thoroughly and with a very professional approach. Support has been another big plus as they response times are fast, the team is consistently friendly and they've always been flexible and solution-oriented when we had specific requests. We evaluated the market carefully before making a decision and it clearly stood out. After using it every day for a year, we can confidently say it was the right choice. If you need a dependable, user friendly data enrichment tool with a huge volume of high-quality data, we would absolutely recommend it.

Cons

One limitation is that it isn't available to the entire team by default since the pricing is based on paid seats per user.

good CRM fit

Pros

Our team mainly relies on it for scanning business cards and it cuts down a huge amount of manual work for the sales staff. Instead of retyping contact details, they can just snap a photo of the card and move on. The recognition is reliable and the tool maps the captured information to the correct CRM fields automatically. Also it works nicely with Dynamics 365 which is the CRM we use. The duplicate check is another useful feature since it helps confirm whether a person or company is already in the database and makes updating existing records easy. On top of that customer support has been quick to respond, friendly and genuinely helpful.

Cons

A small limitation we've run into is the lack of conditional field logic. For example the app cannot automatically show or hide certain fields or make a field optional or required based on a previous selection such as if option 2 is chosen in field A, then display field B or make field B required.

Clean data flow within CRM

Pros

Keeping our CRM free of duplicates and bad or outdated entries has become much easier with this tool. We can rely on the data being accurate and relevant instead of dealing with constant data chaos. The interface is very simple and user friendly and it fits into existing systems quickly without much effort.

Cons

It would be even better if it pulled from more sources although it seems that improvements are already in progress there.

Smart solution for contact capture

Pros

Right from the start it comes across as a modern yet simple business card scanner that's especially user friendly. Another big plus is the responsive customer service which is flexible and willing to adapt to individual requirements. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a smart way to handle digital contact capture.

Cons

It is a handy business card scanner but there's still room to improve the recognition accuracy and the integration with certain CRM systems. On top of that some users would prefer a more user friendly interface and additional features included in the basic version.

CRM research made significantly easier

Pros

Working in sales means sorting through a massive number of potential contacts while researching new opportunities. Manually copying and pasting all that data into the CRM is incredibly time-consuming. With it, I can quickly look up extra details on those contacts and transfer them into my CRM in just a few clicks. I use it every single day and I am genuinely very satisfied with it.

Cons

I personally haven't run into any major problems. The only slightly frustrating thing is that the connection to LinkedIn or Xing occasionally drops.

Great boost for Salesforce data quality

Pros

Working with the tool has been a really positive experience. The Salesforce integration is excellent and has noticeably improved the way our sales reps update records and pull data from LinkedIn. For this kind of task it's the best solution I have used so far. Getting started is very easy too since the setup process is clear and direct. On top of that the pricing becomes very reasonable once you have more than 25 users so it delivers strong value for bigger teams. One feature that has been especially helpful is the duplicate check which lets you know if a contact or account already exists in Salesforce. That has helped us keep our database much cleaner. The team's support is also excellent whenever questions come up or when we need advice on best practices.

Cons

The potential email address calculator is useful and generally works well but every now and then it suggests email addresses that aren't correct. That said this is probably difficult to avoid when some companies use unusual email naming conventions.

CRM data quality is obvious choice

Pros

After struggling with duplicate and inconsistent CRM data for years, it turned out to be exactly what we needed. We get a lot of new information from trade shows, website contact forms and other sources and a big problem was that many of those contacts or accounts already existed in our system. DataQuality has been an extremely helpful tool because it saves us many hours of manual work. It automatically identifies matching existing accounts and contacts and the scoring logic is smart enough to rank the most likely match at the top. It also clearly shows where the newly received information differs from what is already stored in the CRM so we can quickly decide whether to keep the old data or replace it with the new version. The Outlook add-in has also been very useful since it pulls details from email signatures and suggests CRM updates whenever new information is detected. The automatic LinkedIn capture works well too although we do not use it as often. On top of that we chose to integrate it more deeply into Dynamics CRM and together with their consultants we built advanced logic that automates the process even further. At this point user interaction is needed for less than 40% of newly received contact information which saves us even more time on manual data review. Overall we are extremely satisfied with it. Working with their team has been excellent, their support is outstanding and they are always open to feedback and feature suggestions. If keeping CRM account and contact data clean matters to you, it is a very obvious choice.

Cons

Honestly there is very little to complain about. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and it does it very well. The only occasional issue we run into involves Azure AD authentication between our CRM and this one. From time to time it requires an extra browser refresh or clearing the browser cache but this only happens sporadically. Aside from a few extra clicks, it does not really affect our efficiency or prevent us from working effectively.

Automatic renewal occurred without warning

Pros

The software is decent overall but only really useful in a limited number of situations.

Cons

I am very disappointed with its shady approach. They renewed my annual subscription automatically for several hundred euros without any prior email notice, even though I sent a cancellation email on the contract anniversary date. That kind of behavior is unacceptable for a SaaS company in 2023. I'd strongly recommend staying away.

Excellent options for ERP integration

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how well it integrates with a wide range of ERP modules, including tools like Salesforce and even Gmail. That kind of integration makes it very convenient to use in daily work.

Cons

At times it provides incorrect email addresses for my leads which can be frustrating. It would definitely be better if the data were more accurate and precise.

Unexpected renewal with poor response

Pros

Snapaddy comes with advanced integrations for a wide range of CRM systems and the platform itself is easy to use.

Cons

A major let down was having a yearly contract worth several hundred euros renewed without any prior notice. When I raised a complaint, the response was essentially, you should have read the small print. That is not the level of service I expect from a modern SaaS company in 2021.
