Compared with other options that felt either overly complicated or too limited, it struck the right balance. It's user friendly, capable and delivers the mix of simplicity, functionality and value I was looking for.

Cons

There were a few bugs along the way which was inconvenient at times. That said the communication was strong throughout and every issue was eventually resolved in a way that left me satisfied.

“help is always available”

Pros

We only use a handful of features alongside QuickBooks Desktop and that's actually a big advantage. The software doesn't bury us in a bunch of extra tools we never use which keeps things simple. Another real plus is that customer support is available and responsive whenever we need help.

Cons

Every now and then we run into syncing issues but it's usually tied to connectivity or the mobile device rather than the software itself. When that happens, the support team is always helpful and gets me through it.
