The team is a decent group of individuals doing their best to make the right decisions, given that they have the necessary bandwidth to do so.
Cons
The customer support was terrible and they even admitted that it was a result of the acquisition. The same issues occurred month after month, which had a significant negative impact on the morale of our sales organization. Our revenue operations team has since implemented CaptivateIQ, and the difference in the quality of both the product and the service is like night and day.

“Transparent commission calculation solutions”
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use and provides all the commission-related information I need on a single page. I can easily see all the deals that were closed during a specific period and know the exact sum of the commissions associated with those deals. What I like most about it is that it allows me to analyze offers in detail and automatically calculates everything for me, saving countless hours that I used to spend on commission calculations. In the past, our compensation plan was far too complicated to manage, but Spiff has brought the necessary transparency, enabling managers to generate accurate summaries with all the required details. This has significantly sped up the approval process. I also find the handy charts, analytics, and reports incredibly useful, as they save me much time when it comes to data validation.
Cons
It is almost perfect, but its effectiveness depends on the user's knowledge of how the platform works. Accessing the full potential of all the tools requires completing the training period and acquiring the necessary skills, but this won't take much time.

The UI is very simple and I find the breakdown of information to be very simple.
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand how the percentage earnings are rolled up when looking at historical data. This is where having the ability to drill down further into each commission earned would be much more helpful.

I love that Spiff provides more visibility into my commission. It's helpful to track how I'm doing throughout the month and compare pay stubs to see which opportunities I've been paid out for.
Cons
The phone app can be a little glitchy and is not as seamless as the website experience.

Pros
Having constant visibility into my commission status is a huge advantage. It eliminates surprises and allows me to anticipate potential issues or spot errors. The software gives me an easy overall view of the values, and I can drill down into the details and even report problems when necessary.
Cons
There is a lack of filtering options by date, for example, the ability to see all earnings for this quarter, last quarter, or this year. It would also be helpful if there was an option to export the information.

Pros
Spiff is, without a doubt, the most efficient way to track and monitor my commissions. It makes the entire process significantly easier compared to trying to manage everything in an Excel spreadsheet.
Cons
It seems like every month, multiple reps reach out because their Spiff details are incorrect. Maybe this is just due to admin errors.

I love being able to log on to Spiff at any time to track my commission, especially since my role is highly KPI-driven and my compensation is based on various stages of the sales cycle. It helps me double-check my numbers and targets, and I can easily compare them to my CRM system to ensure nothing is missed due to human error. It also helps me budget for the upcoming month because I can see my real-time commission earnings. I'm very glad we introduced Spiff to our sales team, and I love being able to track it on the go!
Cons
Sometimes, the app kicks me out when I try to press for more details on a specific commission. But other than that, it's user-friendly, quick, and easy to use!
