Our team used Squirro to build a service that uploads data from all kinds of sources including CSV files and databases into Elasticsearch.

Cons

It's very useful for managing the data pipeline but the documentation isn't very clear.

After recently using it I can say it delivers exactly what you'd expect from an AI powered insights and automation platform. It provides enterprise search and helps organizations work through large volumes of data to uncover meaningful insights. The interface is user friendly, integration is simple and the support team does a good job of explaining and resolving any issues that come up. Overall it's been a very good product.

I haven't come across anything to dislike about it while using it.

Pros

From a business standpoint, it has been really valuable for turning data into insights that are genuinely useful. On top of that it helps automate workflows and supports customer risk management which adds even more value. It comes with a lot of features I like. The interface is simple to navigate, the customer support team responds very quickly and integrations happen faster than with many other platforms.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. It has been very helpful overall.
