Pros
From a business standpoint, it has been really valuable for turning data into insights that are genuinely useful. On top of that it helps automate workflows and supports customer risk management which adds even more value. It comes with a lot of features I like. The interface is simple to navigate, the customer support team responds very quickly and integrations happen faster than with many other platforms.

After recently using it I can say it delivers exactly what you'd expect from an AI powered insights and automation platform.
