Reliable deliverability support

Pros

SuperSend has turned into a daily part of our workflow and we're really glad to have it. More than just the platform, one of the biggest advantages for us has been the hands-on support from their team with deliverability, monitoring and warming. That's made a noticeable impact and removed a big operational burden and COST from our side. It lets us stay focused on the work that actually matters while feeling confident that the foundation is being properly taken care of.

Cons

One thing we've had to adjust to is how often the interface changes with new product launches since it's not always obvious what changed or when the client is expected to update settings because of it. Even so the team has been receptive to feedback and they do seem to be building in the right direction.

a bit buggy

Pros

Running a few small to medium outbound campaigns with it, I have had a pretty positive experience overall. The builder is organized and user friendly and the spintax feature paired with the optimized sending system is something I especially like. It takes parts of email marketing that usually need a lot of planning and manual work and turns them into built-in features that handle a lot of that for you, using what seems to be current industry best practices. I have seen multiple conversions from campaigns I have sent through it. Getting started wasn't overly difficult either and whenever we had questions, the team was consistently quick to respond. Overall it's a good option that's worth trying for businesses doing outbound email.

Cons

That said the platform can be buggy at times. Usually it's smaller issues that come up and can be cleared by refreshing but the bigger problem is the lack of autosave. If a bug happens, forces a refresh and the save button is blocked, you can end up losing your work which is really frustrating.

Fast setup, useful insights

Pros

SuperSend tool is amazing and made the whole setup process very simple. The dashboards bring all the key metrics into one place so there's no need to jump through six or seven different sections just to find what matters. That convenience makes it much easier to see what's performing well, what isn't and to make quick changes to campaigns and sequences on the fly. The combination of flexibility and fast setup is what really makes it stand out.

Cons

Nothing to mention here!
