Cons
The pricing is a downside especially since it's per user, which can get expensive for a team.

Pros
It's such a great tool. It lets you easily grab email addresses, send sequential messages and manage customer reminders.
Cons
The high license cost is a concern and also there's no support for French.

Pros
Perfect ABM interface on the market! Their targeting tools and measurement protocols are top notch and really simple to figure out.
Cons
The interface can sometimes feel slow and clunky and the integration with Hubspot needs improvement.

“Terminus offers great features
Pros
The analytics are super helpful especially things like site visits, clicks, conversions and being able to see which companies have engaged with our ads. We also use the Bombora topics integration a lot.
Cons
Managing multiple tactics takes a lot of time especially when updating ad creatives. Every time, we have to go into each individual tactic, remove the existing creative and re-upload the new one, which is a long and tedious process.

“A solid mid-range ABM platform
Pros
Terminus is super easy to set up. You just need to connect your Salesforce org to the platform, and you're good to go.
Cons
The product depends entirely on your Salesforce data, which means you cannot target companies that aren't already in your Salesforce. It also feels clunky since it's a bundle of multiple products tied together.

“A cost-effective ABM tool
Pros
The solution makes it so easy to manage and target marketing messages across the entire business. It integrates with our CRM (HubSpot) so we can send targeted messages based on CRM fields, like sending one message to customers on the Southeast vs. West Coast or using ABM strategies to target specific accounts. You can even send internal messages to employees about things like benefits enrollment. Also the SIGSTR provides great metrics to see who's seeing and interacting with your messages.
Cons
One issue is that if customers don't have their email client set to auto download images, the SIGSTR banner might not show up. This happens with any email signature solution though.

“A good choice for managing signatures
Pros
Setting up the clickable banner with Sigstr is a fantastic way to promote things for the company and roll it out across the whole team. The signature builder is really flexible with good design options, including using your own designs.
Cons
The least favorite part is that users have to sign in and manually copy their own signatures. It would be better if signatures could be installed directly on the G Suite account without requiring every person to sign in and input their information. Our organization had some trouble getting onboarded initially.

“Why go with Terminus? Because its very flexible
Pros
Terminus has an amazing built in SSH client, and its flexibility compared to traditional Windows and Linux terminals is awesome. The hotkeys, shortcuts and smooth workflow make everything so easy. It's even open source, which is a great bonus!
Cons
So far no significant cons have come up, though a few more improvements to the GUI would make the experience even better.

“Essential for ABM programs with an outstanding customer success team
Pros
It is essential for ABM programs. The reporting, account engagement and targeting are amazing, and they've been a great addition to our paid media efforts. Their customer success team is always a pleasure to work with especially during onboarding.
Cons
Creating new campaigns could be easier I think. For example having the ability to duplicate a tactic or campaign would be really helpful.

Cons

Pros
It's awesome to have consistent email signatures and marketing banners for everyone in the company! Sigstr has even added new features like recipient based (ABM) banners and shuffle banners. And also they help design banners when our creative team is busy, which is a huge help. My CSM is a total rockstar too�.love her!!!!
Cons
It's hard to figure out which banner will perform better when both are scheduled at the same time but that's likely user error. Also for shuffle banners to work, employees need to install the Sigstr Chrome extension.

“Simple and effective for target account ad serving; not a complete ABM platform
Pros
Getting started with Terminus is easy. It's simple to use and the ads run on a CPC basis instead of impressions, which is nice. Since display ads are all about driving awareness, the cost to run campaigns is pretty low.
Cons
We have tried to use the software to track website traffic and understand which companies were visiting our site but the data wasn't very clean and was tough to make actionable.

“Consistent and professional signatures across our organization
Pros
It makes it so easy for our marketing team to streamline all customer facing signatures. I love that my signature is always updated and refreshed with new content!
Cons
There's nothing major to dislike but as an end user, the only challenge is having limited input on what gets marketed in the signature.
