“Easy control and quick support”

Pros

The interface is very user friendly, issues get resolved quickly and it's really nice to have direct control over your own campaigns.

Cons

One limitation is not being able to send attachments and every now and then it would be useful to look under the hood at the SQL code being used. That said I understand the reasoning behind both and they're only minor drawbacks.

Pros

Ternair is very user friendly, offers a wide range of possibilities and the service and guidance are both fast and excellent.

Cons

I cannot point out any disadvantages or downsides.
