From day one working with Michael and the team at "The ROI Shop" has been an excellent experience. They are extremely responsive and efficient and they follow through on what they promise without delay. They welcome our ideas which makes the process seem collaborative and they also bring helpful suggestions based on their previous experience. The platform itself is very user friendly and lets me track how prospective clients engage with it which helps create better conversations and stronger engagement. One feature I especially like is the option to build custom calculators designed around each person's industry and specific needs. Getting everything set up at the beginning was also very easy especially thanks to how supportive and efficient the team was throughout the process.
