Tomba has been excellent for email discovery in outreach campaigns. If you're working on SEO link building or running cold email outreach, it can easily be a first choice option compared with other tools out there. They also offer a free plan with a limited amount of email finder and verification credits each month which is still pretty decent when you're just starting out. The interface and overall workflow is well put together. All in all it's a really decent marketing tool and one I'd definitely recommend.

The only thing I'd like to see is a bit more included in the free plan but even as it is, it's still not bad at all.

It is pretty easy to use and having the API available makes the platform really useful overall. It covers a lot of the basics well but it still doesn't let you search using the kind of criteria I was expecting.

Getting around the interface is very easy which makes the whole workflow really quick. I can sign in and immediately start looking for the right contact using all kinds of filters like name, job title, industry or domain. The enrichment feature is also handy when I need extra details on someone and the bulk option helps a lot when I am working through dozens of contacts at once. The newer Chrome extension is useful too especially for pulling email addresses directly from LinkedIn.

Cons

With this type of SaaS it's never realistic to expect every single contact you need to be there especially when you're targeting a smaller niche. That said they do seem to have one of the largest databases out there and from what I have tested that claim appears to be mostly accurate.

After testing several services to track down specific email addresses without success, this tool was the one that finally delivered. I was genuinely surprised by how accurately it found the exact email addresses of people working at a particular company. On top of that it also let me verify both the email and phone number which made it even more useful. Overall I am behd happy with this tool and would absolutely recommend it.

Right away the depth of the database and how current it stays really stood out. I work in finance and this tool has easily been the strongest finance database I have come across by a wide margin. The data quality is excellent, a lot of the email records come enriched with additional information and the tools are both reliable and very fast. On top of that the team has been fantastic to deal with and every interaction I have had with them has been a positive one.

Cons

Honestly my only complaint is not discovering it earlier. It sounds cheesy but that's genuinely how I feel. The pricing is very good, the database quality is even better and everything simply works. The hit rate has been strong enough that I was able to cancel two other subscriptions.

Pros

Compared with other email finding tools, it really cuts down the hassle in sales outreach and link building. It automates email collection very effectively and handles it at scale. I'd put it right up there with Hunter and on quite a few domains it actually uncovered more email addresses than Hunter did. That alone makes it a pretty amazing win.

Cons

One limitation is that it doesn't actually scrape email addresses directly from websites. It gathers emails but it won't pull them from a site's pages. Because of that it also cannot grab Gmail addresses when they're listed on a website's contact page.

Pros

Getting lead discovery, verification and management in one place has been a big win for me because it simply delivers. I can pull up leads using either a domain name or a person's name within a specific company domain. On top of that it lets me verify email addresses from those domains and save them as prospects right in the dashboard for later reference and follow-up. Another plus is the export option since prospects can be sent directly to a favorite CRM like HubSpot or connected to other CRMs through Pabbly, Zapier and Integrately.

Cons

The thing that could be improved is the UI/UX especially in the Leads Management section since it doesn't seem as organized or consistent as the Search, Finder and Verifier areas.
