“Flexible platform that saves time”
Pros
Right from day one this platform helped make our meetings more efficient and saved us a lot of time. It's simple to customize, update and maintain and we have not needed much IT support at all. The overall flexibility is one of its biggest strengths.
Cons
At this point I have not come across any real downsides. The tool keeps getting new features and updates without us even having to ask and the company's customer-focused approach feels very advanced.

“Easy and reliable sales tool”
Pros
Touch & Sell has been an efficient solution with a very user friendly, simple interface. The back office is easy to use and the business tracking provides really useful insights. The support team is responsive, helpful and quick to react whenever needed. Getting the solution up and running is simple and customer support is always available if any issues come up.
Cons
Since the solution keeps evolving, I honestly have not run into any faults.

“Offline presentations that impress”
Pros
Presenting digital collateral with this has been really helpful for our sales reps because it removes the hassle of searching for and piecing together outdated PDF collections. The interface is very user friendly and it gives customers the impression that the company is modern and forward-thinking. It also works offline and it handles PDFs and multimedia content well.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't allow sending an email or cart to multiple email addresses at the same time. It also doesn't let users quickly switch the signature used in emails or carts, the way Microsoft Outlook lets you choose from different signatures. Sometimes I want to send with my personal signature and other times I'd rather use the company's generic customerinfo@companyname.com address so replies don't come back to my own inbox.
