Achieved my KPIs with the help of UserGems

Pros

I currently use UserGem at my job to monitor accounts that have transitioned to new jobs or companies. I appreciate how it offers real-time updates on account activities. Since the platform's database is frequently refreshed, the information I access is always current and reliable. This has proven to be crucial in staying ahead of competitors and identifying fresh opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes having similar names can cause confusion and mix up account details.

One of the best platform on the market

Pros

This is the only automated tool I've come across that effortlessly tracks a large user database and updates their information in Salesforce as soon as they change jobs. This eliminates the need for manual uploads, which can be time consuming and with errors. The system is highly effective in ensuring that all the information is up-to-date without any added hassle. I no longer need to worry about manually checking whether someone has changed positions or companies. The software takes care of all that for me, which has drastically improved my efficiency. Additionally, the team behind UserGem is incredibly supportive. They always go above and beyond to assist whenever I encounter an issue and they're always quick to respond, making it an overall pleasant experience.

Cons

It does a good job of generating personalized emails and suggesting leads who have recently changed jobs but there are times when the recommended contacts don't quite match my ideal customer profile, which makes me question if all the leads are a perfect fit.

Cons

I sometimes run into issues with inaccurate contact information like phone numbers and emails, which means I have to rely on other tools like Zoom info or Apollo for accurate data.
