“Professional look and handy tools”
Pros
One thing that really helps with this tool is how simple it is for clients to join the meeting room and the customer service has been excellent as well. The cobrowsing feature is fantastic for training sessions and tech support. The scheduler is also very useful and being able to white label the URL gives my small business a much more professional appearance.
Cons
Every now and then a caller gets disconnected. Also, the background blur feature uses more system resources than it should.

“Fantastic calls and screen sharing”
Pros
Right away the simple setup and call quality won me over. Screen sharing has easily been one of the most useful features for me especially since a lot of similar services don't offer it. It's exactly what I needed to walk clients through things more clearly and explain details that just don't come across well on a regular phone call. The payment feature is another big advantage and getting it configured was very easy.
Cons
Honestly I am happy with almost everything. The only real drawback is its branding. It's not overly intrusive so I can live with it but as a marketing agency, I'd definitely prefer a white-label option. I'd also love to see more payment choices added, like Venmo, Cash App, wire transfer or PayPal.

“Fast, secure meetings every time”
Pros
Getting started is incredibly fast since nobody has to install anything as just click the link and join. Scheduling is simple too as we set up a meeting, whether through this one or another tool, use one permanent link and that's it. The point to point security is a huge plus. Back in the 90s that kind of direct meeting setup was common but most platforms later shifted to central server models. The tool brings back secure endpoint to endpoint web meetings which means conversations stay private. Unlike Zoom, where it can feel like there's room for unwanted access, it keeps meetings truly behind closed doors. On top of that it has all the features we need. It's a complete solution for one on one meetings.
Cons
We have not run into any downsides. It may sound unusual to say that but it's accurate. It really covers all of our one on one meeting needs.

“Branded meeting rooms that click”
Pros
Running client meetings with it has been really easy especially when it comes to using the meeting rooms. Screen sharing works very well and makes the whole session feel a lot more interactive. The platform is simple to work with overall and being able to fully brand the meetings and send clients a personalized booking link is a big plus.
Cons
The one thing I am still hoping for is the option to hold meetings with more than five people.

“Fantastic rooms and quick setup”
Pros
Persistent rooms make it really practical to keep clients and teams organized. Setting up rooms takes almost no time and joining meetings is hassle free compared with Zoom and GoToMeeting, where there always seems to be some annoying three-step process and pressure to download an app. The features are excellent overall.
Cons
Its interface does feel dated and it could really use a design refresh. It seems like bringing in a designer for a UI overhaul wouldn't cost much and could probably be finished within a few weeks.

“Excellent collaboration tools”
Pros
It really looks built for collaborative work. The tools are simple and effective and the whiteboard is especially well done, with very thoughtfully designed download features.
Cons
There is a real issue when it comes to connection stability. Even though it's my favorite tool, during the heavy COVID usage periods we often had to switch to other platforms that were clearly not as good but had fewer connection problems.

“Links clients can join instantly”
Pros
Being able to run it right from a mobile phone without downloading anything has been incredible. My clients use older devices and aren't very tech savvy so just sending them a link and letting them join with all the core features you'd expect from Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and similar tools without installing anything has been a huge advantage.
Cons
Once there are more than three people in the meeting room, the connection becomes unstable. People start getting disconnected, audio cuts out and the video turns blurry so the whole call quality really drops.

“Persistent rooms and Stripe win”
Pros
Running coaching sessions is not a problem with it. I can set up permanent meeting rooms and keep building on the same work with clients from one session to the next, whether that's models, whiteboard visuals or shared images. Being able to return to all of those materials with a single click is incredibly useful. Another huge advantage is that nothing needs to be installed which removes a lot of stress. I no longer have to worry about Zoom suddenly failing or forcing an update right before an important client call. The Stripe integration is also a big help because I can charge clients directly without having to chase payments after every session.
Cons
Even though the interface has improved a lot lately, I am still not fully satisfied with the whiteboard. The fact that I cannot view it in full screen is a limitation. It may seem like a small issue but whenever I need to sketch out something larger, it becomes inconvenient.

“Gives peace of mind”
Pros
Using Vectera is effortless, almost like driving a well built car. I ran into a few problems at the beginning but they turned out to be browser related rather than an issue with the platform itself. The customer support was impeccable throughout. When a service works as reliably as it does, it gives real peace of mind and that's invaluable.
Cons
The only downside for me is that calendar integrations are still fairly limited to Google, Outlook and iCal. It would be even better to see a broader selection including smaller but equally capable companies that offer calendar and scheduling services.

Free Trial
“Versatile whiteboard and cobrowse”
Pros
Choosing which tools to use is very easy and I can also adjust text size and line thickness without any hassle. The whiteboard can be stretched to fit a larger page and there's also the option to add more pages, then save everything together as one PDF without needing a separate PDF converter. Being able to type in math tools makes it even better for my work. I also really like the co-browse feature since most virtual platforms only provide screen sharing which reduces how much others can actually participate in the room. Another big plus is being able to record the virtual session and save it to a local drive for free since other platforms often charge for that and that was something that put me off using them.
Cons
One issue is that syncing what people type or draw can be slow, possibly because it was during the free trial period when many users were on at the same time so there was noticeable lag. There also aren't enough shape-drawing options. It would be more useful if the formula tool supported multiple lines of input as well. Chinese characters look perfectly fine while typing inside it but after downloading and saving as a PDF, the words end up stacked together. It actually worked properly when I first started using it but this bug showed up toward the end of the free trial so all of my worksheets are still sitting in the tool while I wait for a fix. It would also help if there were a way to unsync the room so users could split up and work on different whiteboards when needed. Right now if I scroll up, my student is forced to scroll up too which means I cannot mark their earlier work while they move on to the next question.

“Booking, billing and meetings done right”
Pros
Having booking, billing and meetings all in one place makes the platform incredibly simple to work with. Clients also really enjoy using it because they don't need to install anything. Being able to upload meeting materials and keep them available for participants during and after the session saves a lot of time. The peer to peer sessions are another big plus since they avoid many of the issues people commonly run into with Zoom.
Cons
Editing appointments and updating the calendar can be a little frustrating at times although it sounds like improvements are already planned on the roadmap.

“Brandable and easy to use calls”
Pros
Vectera can be customized really well to match your brand and using it is simple and user friendly. Everyone I invited was able to join without any trouble since there was nothing to install, the session quality was consistently excellent and the recording worked flawlessly. Compared with other video conferencing tools, the whole workflow seens much more organized and professional.
Cons
It seems to be built more for smaller groups. I do wish it also supported webinars for larger audiences while keeping that same high-quality experience.

“Simple setup for client meetings”
Pros
The interface is simple, there's nothing to install or configure and it works really well for client training sessions, intake calls and presales meetings.
Cons
There's nothing worth calling out as a downside. On the rare occasion support is needed, the team responds quickly.

“tool that works”
Pros
Using it is very easy and the tools for sharing information are really useful.
Cons
It does fall short when it comes to hosting video conferences with a large number of people. Also, whiteboards still cannot be merged although they seem to be working on that.

“Fantastic whiteboard and scheduling”
Pros
Between the mobile ready setup and the long list of useful tools, it has made a real difference in how I run my business. The feature I rely on most is the touch friendly whiteboard. It lets me keep track of all the notes from my last call with a guest and I can also upload images or screenshots and annotate them right on the spot. What makes that especially valuable is that everything stays there for the next meeting so we can pick up exactly where we left off without losing any of our previous work. Another feature that has been incredibly important for me is session recording. In the kind of work I do, having each meeting recorded adds a lot of value. Along with my private notes and sketches, I also end up with a video recording that I can share with my guest afterward. That gives my clients a chance to revisit everything we covered and helps reinforce the value of each session. I am also a big fan of the built-in scheduling tool because it eliminates all the outdated back and forth emailing and the hassle of manually coordinating a meeting time. One of the best parts of the scheduler is that it automatically matches my local time as the host with my guest's local time which helps make sure nobody misses the meeting. On top of that once a guest selects a date and time, it takes care of the rest.
Cons
At this point I really do not have much to criticize. If anything, adding PayPal sooner as a payment processor would be a worthwhile improvement.

“Branded video meetings that impress”
Pros
Vectera lets us offer clients face to face video meetings in a professional room that matches our own branding.
Cons
It would be better if the software had a Firefox recording plugin like it does for Google Chrome. Session recording can also be a little buggy at times.

“One-click meetings and superb quality”
Pros
Getting a meeting room set up in it takes just one click and once inside, the whole interface is user friendly right away. The layout is clean, there aren't any confusing menus or extra buttons and everything is exactly where you'd expect it to be. Also it comes with plenty of useful features like file uploads, screen sharing, recording and more, all with excellent quality. It's honestly a must have for anyone working in a professional setting.
Cons
Up to this point I have not run into any drawbacks at all as everything has been working perfectly.

“Versatile sharing”
Pros
Right away the scheduling tools were a big plus. What really makes it different though is how much you can share during a session. Besides regular screen sharing, you can upload full slide decks, PDFs and other files directly into the meeting. Also it includes a whiteboard that both you and the client can write on during the call and anything added there can be downloaded and saved afterward. On top of that the cobrowsing feature is incredibly useful. If there's a new example you want to show a client but have not downloaded yet, you can look it up on the spot, find it and go through it together in real time.
Cons
Getting the scheduling set up can feel a little confusing at first mainly because of the built-in buffer feature. Still, their customer support is fantastic and very willing to help sort it out.

“responsive support”
Pros
Switching to this tool helped me automate my workflow and it made things much simpler both for me and for my clients. They do not have to install any software or deal with configuration at all since they can join a meeting in seconds through a single link. I also have to mention the technical support team because they are very responsive when questions come up and they genuinely take client suggestions for improving the app into account.
Cons
One drawback is the participant limit in a meeting room since it only allows up to 6 users.

“A truly personal meeting space”
Pros
Having my own online space with a personal touch and look makes a big difference. It gives me a completely new, more personal way to meet with both my team and my clients online and I absolutely love that.
Cons
To make the space feel truly customized, I did need help from my website guy since I am not very technical.
