“Good scheduling and collaboration”

Pros

Vectera gives good value for the price, with a user friendly interface that doesn't take much time to learn. The appointment management and booking tools make scheduling much simpler and the secure file sharing plus team collaboration features do a good job of keeping client communication organized and efficient.

Cons

Although it is easy to use, it falls a bit short on advanced customization and integration options compared with bigger conferencing platforms. Some parts of the interface also feel fairly basic especially for teams that need more advanced collaboration capabilities.

“Productive meetings”

Pros

Scheduling meetings and managing rooms is very easy with this tool. The interface is clean, simple and user friendly so it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with it. Clients are able to join meetings without running into technical issues which makes the whole process much more convenient. It also offers decent collaboration and communication features that help keep discussions organized. Overall it has been very helpful for improving productivity and keeping workflows on track.

Cons

The mobile experience still has room for improvement. It would also be useful to have more advanced reporting tools and additional customization options. During longer meetings, there can occasionally be small connectivity delays although they are usually minor.

“Reliable video meetings for small teams”

Pros

From the start the customer support has been excellent and very responsive whenever needed. The service is affordable, the quality is consistently high and I have not run into any issues at all. I'd highly recommend it especially for small businesses.

Cons

Honestly I have no concerns at all as you won't regret choosing this service.

“Handy for online conferences”

Pros

With all the features it offers this software helps me organize online conferences and run remote meetings without much hassle. I really like using it and it's very simple to navigate.

Cons

At times the software works slow and occasionally runs into bugs. Support also isn't always quick to respond when help is needed.

“Meeting planning and reminders”

Pros

One thing I really liked was being able to manage meeting scheduling directly in the app, along with the reminder feature that helped keep everything on track.

Cons

It's a well designed application and I honestly didn't run into any flaws.

“Simple design and quick setup”

Pros

The software is easy to use especially compared with competitors like Teams or Zoom. It has a few genuinely strong features and the interface keeps things very clean and simple.

Cons

The one thing missing is the ability to make direct calls, similar to how Facetime works.

“Dependable video calls and security”

Pros

Right from the start it handles WebRTC the way it should. It begins with a P2P connection and automatically switches to an SFU when a third person joins which works really well. The support team is fast and clear, the API is thoroughly documented and the UI customization guides are also well explained. The interface is user friendly and truly plug and play. Also it notices hardware changes like switching speakers or cameras and lets users change them during the session without any hassle. Even network changes don't interrupt the session. On top of that it's built with security in mind and is HIPAA certified.

Cons

At this point I really don't have any complaints. Every feature we've thought about is either already included or already listed on its roadmap.

“Handy whiteboard”

Pros

The thing that makes it really convenient is that it runs entirely in a modern web browser so there's no extra software to install. That's especially helpful for less tech savvy guests or anyone who doesn't have permission to install apps since they can join a call without any hassle. The built-in whiteboard is also a nice touch because it lets you share notes and visuals during meetings which makes sessions feel more interactive. On top of that the meeting scheduler integrates with your calendar and works really well.

Cons

The weak point for me has been the video and audio quality which can be somewhat inconsistent. Most of the time it was acceptable but there were moments when the quality dropped below what I expected. Once we moved over to Teams or Zoom, the call quality was fine which makes me think those platforms handle lower bandwidth situations better and are less affected by slower internet connections.

“Thoughtful team and balanced updates”

Pros

I really like how approachable the team is when it comes to product feedback. They also seem to think beyond just a single feature and really focus on the broader ecosystem. On top of that their communication about both the product and the company feels well judged as there's enough to stay informed without it becoming overwhelming.

Cons

There was an issue where my meeting title got overwritten when I selected a meeting afterward, even though the title is the first thing entered when creating a meeting. Thankfully they already fixed it.

“Branded rooms and useful recordings”

Pros

Having online scheduling built in is a big plus with Vectera. Each client gets their own private room and it's simple to brand those spaces so they feel more personalized. I also like that sessions can be recorded later for reflection or shared directly with clients when needed.

Cons

It is clearly continuing to improve but call quality still needs the most attention. There have been a number of occasions where the video froze and we ended up moving the session over to Zoom which was a little awkward and embarrassing.

“Reliable meetings, great screen sharing”

Pros

After using it regularly for the past couple of years, it has proven to be one of the most dependable video conferencing tools available. They keep rolling out new features and continuously improving the product which is something I really value. The fact that our clients actually remember the URL for their dedicated meeting room says a lot as they clearly enjoy using it too and find it very user friendly. Our meetings always rely on screen sharing so being able to switch between browser tabs, share different window sizes and even resize the shared window to preview the responsive behavior of a web page has been incredibly useful.

Cons

I'd still like to see a native app for Mac. Support through plugins beyond just the Chrome browser would also be a welcome improvement.

“Client meetings that always impress”

Pros

Every client meeting I run through Vectera leaves people genuinely impressed by how good and useful the platform is. It really helps me present how I can meet their needs while also setting realistic expectations for their upcoming event flowers. Features like screen sharing, file uploads and the drawing tool are a major advantage especially since everything stays saved in the client's meeting room. Even when clients join from their phones, the feedback remains just as positive. The recording feature is also incredibly valuable because it lets me share the session with my team and pass along important creative design requests, with the client's permission.

Cons

I honestly have not run into any drawbacks or obstacles. Whenever an update comes out, the instructions are clear and the support team has always been helpful.

“Reliable browser calls, instant recordings”

Pros

After more than a year of using this tool, I must say it has been excellent for video calls. Since it runs in the browser, there's no need to make people download any client software which is a big plus. It has been stable, the video quality is excellent and recording calls is very convenient because the recordings are available almost immediately instead of making you wait forever for processing. Also I really value the permanent rooms for client meetings as you can keep files uploaded, use whiteboards and have everything ready for the next session. Using the same link for recurring calls is another huge advantage so there's no more wasting time trying to track down the latest meeting link. The built-in scheduling works really well and being able to accept payments at the time of booking is another useful feature. On the occasions I have needed support, it has been quick and helpful which is reassuring even if I don't need to contact them often.

Cons

Nothing major has come up in day to day use. The integrations are somewhat limited which could matter for some users but since it integrates with my CRM, it hasn't really been a problem for me.

“Link-based meetings and calendar sync”

Pros

Joining and sharing meetings with it is really easy. All it takes to share a meeting is sending the meeting link and to join, you simply click it as there's nothing to install or download. On top of that it's really convenient that my clients can book meetings without hassle and those appointments sync directly with my Google Calendar.

Cons

To keep the meeting quality good, the sessions really need to stay limited to about 6 people.

“Perfect for collaborative meetings”

Pros

The thing that really stands out to me is being able to upload documents directly in the meeting room. That makes it simple to go over files together and even add notes during the conversation. For professional meetings, it seems like an ideal setup. The scheduling tool has also been incredibly helpful because it integrates with Google Calendar so clients can choose a time that works best for them and the appointment gets booked instantly while both sides receive a confirmation email. Another big advantage is that nothing needs to be downloaded which makes it very accessible for everyone joining, even people who have never used the platform before. On top of that it's a tool that keeps getting better, with useful new features being added regularly.

Cons

Up to this point I have not run into anything I dislike about it.

“Whiteboard and client rooms shine”

Pros

What really works well is the built-in whiteboard since you can write on it during meetings and keep everything organized. I also like that each client has a separate room so saving notes and materials to the right place is very convenient. The platform keeps getting updated regularly and it feels like the team actually pays attention to subscriber feedback. I picked it up on AppSumo too so getting lifetime access at that price was a really good deal.

Cons

The downside is that there's still no option to dial into a meeting using a phone number so everyone has to join online. They've said they're working on adding it but it sounds like that feature will cost extra on top of my current plan.

“Privacy and professional branding”

Pros

During the lockdown it turned out to be an incredibly valuable tool for me. Compared with more popular free options, it offers a much better level of privacy. I can also completely customize my meeting rooms and subdomain which makes my meetings feel far more professional than they do with other tools.

Cons

As per my opinion, the only downside might be that there weren't more background options available at least up to September 2020.

“Fantastic toolkit for online coaching”

Pros

From the moment I started using this tool I find it amazing. The blackboard, cobrowsing, screen sharing, lesson recording, online scheduling and personal meeting rooms make it feel like a complete dream for online teaching. There is also plenty of storage space which makes a huge difference. Honestly it seems almost unreal that one platform includes so much. I have not even explored every option and feature yet but everything already comes across as highly professional and incredibly well designed. Every part of it works well. The whole system is structured organized and implemented so well that it is hard to describe how valuable it is for me as a professional TOEFL coach who has been teaching since 2011. I am genuinely thrilled to have such a reliable, trustworthy, customizable, adaptive, responsive and user friendly tool. It is extremely professional and truly useful. For language coaches, exam coaches and experienced tutors working online, it is a wonderful support system. It is impressive, profesional and dependable. Access is simple, registration is quick and it works across almost any browser and operating system. Incredible platform.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it is nearly impossible to start billing earlier than the time the system allows. That said it may simply be an intentional platform feature.

“Private and interactive for kids”

Pros

The privacy focused setup makes it really comfortable to use and the interactive features make sessions with children feel natural. Kids are already familiar with online tools so they adapt to it very quickly and can jump right in without much trouble.

Cons

I didn't run into any major issues and overall everything worked well. The only small problem was that the connection could be a bit unstable at times.

“Reliable meetings and handy whiteboard”

Pros

After trying Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, Webex and similar tools, it really wins on simplicity for everyone joining the meeting. The video quality may not quite match Zoom or FaceTime but it has been much more dependable and has never dropped a call for me. Calendar syncing and appointment scheduling are quick to set up. My favorite part is the whiteboard feature along with document annotation. Also it runs straight in the browser with no annoying downloads or installations which is a big plus compared with Cisco, Zoom or Skype.

Cons

There are still a few things that could be improved and I have already shared them with the development team, who seemed fairly responsive and open to feedback. One feature I am still missing is the option to run a meeting offline. Instead of always using online video, I'd like to send clients a phone number they can call directly included in the invite when the meeting is scheduled as a phone call rather than a video conference. It doesn't support that yet and I am really hoping this small addition gets implemented soon.
